Staff were great. Dining room food was very good , location was good. Room was spotless and looked like it had been recently refurbished.
Our tv didn't work. We haven't actually checked out yet so I didn't report it yet. Not a huge deal but annoying.
It was the most uncomfortable shower I have had at a hotel. The bathroom was beautiful but you couldn't point the shower head down at all, so you had to stand in a very cold water stream until you could adjust the water.
Also adjusting the water pressure on the shower did not help, seemed like an old style shower head. It actually hurt having a shower . It actually stung my front and my back, I had to cower in a corner to apply soap and then rinse very quickly to get out. Very weird, a new shower head would help immensely.
Very , very noisy room. All the night was noisy from some kind of vibration and we couldn't sleep more than half night.
We were guests here many times this year and it wasn't correct to give us this room.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the entire building. Staff members were kind and courteous at all times and the room was more than comfortable. Loved Vic's and room service options were superb. Can't wait to stay again!
Only a couple of glitches. The shower water in our room was tepid--not hot enough.
It would have been nice to have a non-dairy alternative with the coffee supplies in the lobby. But having fresh coffee available was a nice bonus.
Also, while waiting for staff to refill the coffee and supplies downstairs in the lobby, the server was a little short with us and obviously was not happy to be doing that job. She spent quite a bit of time restocking cups and sugar and she never returned with a refill for the cream, even after asked by another patron. I think had she refilled the coffee, first folks could have gotten their coffee and been on their way, as only the coffee beans and cream were completely empty. Perhaps she was a little grumpy because of the awkwardness at having a group of people standing around waiting. But that experience did not diminish the absolutely wonderful staff experiences we had throughout our stay.
