Pros:

Kids really liked the pool. Hotel was accommodating of our kids sports team group. Appreciate that. And the water and fruit in the lobby was nice.

Cons:

The semi unloading restaurant supplies right outside sounded like a construction site from 5am-6am. With the windows all closed it was still really loud and woke us up. Not cool to have that kind of noise at that hour at a hotel.

Decent older hotel with very nice and helpful staff, needs few minor additions to the guest rooms
Pros:

Staff were great, breakfast was good, bed was good, it was quiet at night.

Cons:

There wasn’t a makeup mirror and there wasn’t anything to put your clothes in other than on hangars, no drawers at all. The pillows were all the same, very soft and big, nothing with any firmness to it.

Comfy Stay in Calgary West.
Pros:

Loved the location, the temperature control system and the spacious room with its king sized bed. The pool and hot tub was lovely.

Cons:

The facility should get better coffee. It was very mediocre.
