Pros:

Apartment was very spacious, new and nice. It was also very close to the beach. Nice interior design. Cool gym and swimming pool on the roof

Cons:

We had a view on parking lot. I belive the owners should plant some bushes to hide it s bit. Also on the roof with a swimming pool was a bit dirty (glass fence was always dusted). For such price such details should be taken care of

Schöner Abschluss nach einer Schiffstour um die Azoren ausklingen zu lassen.
Pros:

Unser Apartment war auf der 1. Etage. Dadurch hatten wir vom kleinen Balkon, mit zwei Stühlen und Tisch, Meerblick.
Der SPA Bereich ist nicht sehr groß aber sehr schön. Am späten Nachmittag trifft man dann alle Bewohner. Der Fitness Raum ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Kühlschrank sind Getränke für die es eine Getränke/Preisliste gibt. Aber man hat schonmal etwas da. Der Strand ist in 5 Min. erreichbar. Da andere Lokalitäten etwas weiter weg waren haben wir dort an unseren drei Abenden gegessen. Portionen zum Teilen geeignet, lecker und Preiswert. Die Weine waren sehr gut.
Das Auto wird auf dem verschlossenen Hof abgestellt und mit der Fernbedienung geöffnet. Von der Duchgangsstr. haben wir Nachts nichts gehört. Nett war auch Hinweise zu Aktivitäten zu bekommen. Alles hat gut geklappt.

Ideal für einen Azorentrip
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön in Gehdistanz zum Strand. Unser Zimmer mit Terrasse im Garten war sehr bequem und gut ausgestattet auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Obwohl kein typisches Hotel kümmert sich das Team auch wenn man kein Whatsapp verwendet über die Nachrichten Funktionen in Booking.com sehr schnell um jegliche Belange. Der Dachpool und das Jacuzzi sowie der Fitnessraum bieten zusätzlichen Spass.

Cons:

Kleinere Kritikpunkte wurden vom Team sehr gerne angenommen und werden sicherlich entsprechend behoben.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt auf São Miguel! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders das Frühstück war hervorragend – frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit regionalen Spezialitäten. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns viele tolle Tipps für die Insel gegeben. Die Lage war perfekt, um São Miguel zu erkunden und gleichzeitig Ruhe zu genießen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Pros:

A very large, comfortable apartment with a well-equipped kitchenette. A comfortable bedroom with ample storage space. A large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. A seating area with a table for comfortable meals. Breakfast is delivered to your door at your chosen time, with a selection of cheeses, breads, cold cuts, and juices. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine and sweet additions are provided. The building has a large gym (not everyone needs it, but it's there), a small swimming pool, and a hot tub. Parking with an automatic gate. Very friendly check-in staff and excellent daily communication with the property manager are also available. Daily suggestions for activities on the island, depending on the weather.

Everything about this location was outstanding. Above and beyond in every aspect. The breakfast was incredibly wonderful, the shower had excellent pressure, the bed was more than comfortable. The staff was very special - helpful and gave amazing recommendations. Could not recommend this more!!!

Tem televisão smartv na sala e nos dois quartos, que nos permite ligar a nossa Netflix em 1 minuto e desfrutar como se estivéssemos em casa. O staff foi sempre muito solícito, atencioso e rápido. Entregam um pequeno almoço delicioso à porta, e ajustam a comida as nossas preferências dentro da sua lista pré definida. A localização é ótima. Muito perto da praia e das vias de acesso ao resto da ilha. Vamos muito satisfeitos e com vontade de regressar :)

Cons:

Overall, the stay was quite good. The room was clean and generally comfortable, and the basic conditions for accommodation were satisfactory.

However, there were some serious concerns. One staff member behaved in a very negative and intrusive manner, which made us feel uncomfortable. The attitude was overly pushy and inappropriate for guests who come to relax. Additionally, some of our personal belongings went missing during the stay, which is very worrying.

A separate note to the management and staff: people come to your hotel to отдых and feel at ease. Instead of creating a welcoming atmosphere, the constant pressure and intrusive behavior significantly affected our experience. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your service.
