Very clean, kind staff, great location from the fair grounds and very close to grocery, fuel and coffee needs.
Pros:

Very nice location and excellent grounds that felt private but also calm. The fountain is a nice touch for the feeling of moving water that has become home to some of the birds in the area.

Cons:

Really no concerns are comments on anything changing.

The location was fine.

Cons:

Check in request 2nd floor . We went to room horrible smell in hallways. Our balcony almost touched the room next door look out a man smoking a cigar cutting his toenails on his balcony a foot from ours. We requested room change they said no 2nd floor rooms they are sold out on a Monday ??
Settled for first floor and again hallways terrible smell not as bad in the rooms but not good. Second day no new towels left in the room back to the front desk. Surprised to pay for parking since already paid 400.00 for room. I would not stay there again. .

Quick overnighter for an early morning doctors appointment
Pros:

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioner also worked really well. Free water was in the room and the staff was extremely friendly.

Cons:

I was not aware until I checked out that there was a charge for parking. For $150 a night, and with so many available parking spots, I’m not sure why they needed to charge extra.

A good and comfortable stay, unfortunately affected by a frustrating reservation and payment issue.
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a good location. Overall, the room and the stay itself were good, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The main issue was the handling of our reservation and payment. Our Booking.com reservation showed one continuous 22-night stay, but we were later told that the hotel had split it into two reservations without informing us at check-in. This caused confusion with payments, multiple authorization/charge attempts, and our room keys were temporarily deactivated while the issue was being resolved. The stay itself was good, but the reservation and payment process could have been handled and communicated much better.
