Bedroom was extremely hot. We were unable to make it cooler.
Very convenient for visiting my son, also reasonable price and dog friendly. The staff also were very nice
The only negative was the position of my room as I had the dog it was at the far end of the hotel, so l couldn’t just pop out with dog. Also the garden at the back should have a bin to dispose of dog waste, rather than having to walk through the reception area to find a bin at the front of hotel. As there is additional charge for the dog a dog bowl and bed is usually provided. But this isn’t criticism just would have been nice.
It was quite local to golf course and to local pubs

Location was good for our needs
Room was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful BUT we ordered Chicken curry and were disappointed that there was a small amount of chicken in a sea of quite watery sauce - that was definitely not value for money.
Easy to get to, well allocated, friendly
The weather was very hot and there was no air conditioning just a fan, this made everything very uncomfortable with very little sleep.
Staff very friendly, polite and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. Good breakfast selection, plenty of choice. Room was clean and very comfortable.
It was a long walk from the top of the stairs to our room but there’s not much that could be done about that.

I Loved that we could bring our puppy. Room was spacious and perfect for our stay. Breakfast staff were lovely and provided a great service for my dietry needs.
Bar staff were nice however more training should be provided in regards to allergen procedures. We had to infrom them what to do twice. However benefit of the doubt and they could have been new starts.
The gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room all come included with the price of the room.

Floorboards was creaky in the hallways so could have woke other guests up walking as I could hear people walking outside when in the room

Access and parking - effecient booking in when the hotel was busy so good experince with staff staff
No aircon in the room which during a heatwave was unpleasant though provided with two fans.
Leaving early at 05:00am reception was busy on a call so wasnt able to print out my invoice - not an issue i thought as i thought it would have been emailed but alas no email recieved so now no invoice - will be emailing hotel to see if i can get a copy sent.
All the right facilities where there, pool, gym, restaurant, bar, on sweet, tea coffee making, big TV in room.
The upstairs room we were given was almost uninhabitable, it was so hot that they was no way you were going to get a nights sleep. The management must have know how hot it was as there had installed a couple of fans in the upstairs corridors, there had also put a fan in the room and opened all the windows. This hotel is located alongside a very busy duel carriage way so the road noise at 05:00 in morning was enough to wake anyone how had overcome the excess heat. If we hadn’t been so tired when we arrived we would have complained and asked for a money back. We paired over £100 for what was a terrible experience. In my opinion the hotel should not of let out the rooms on the upper floor as they know they were bad.

The hotel was in an ideal location for our stay, room was very comfortable and hotel gardens, lovely.
We had to wait over an hour after check in time for room to be ready, with no apology or complimentary drink ect.
I had emailed before our stay about a mini fridge in room for my medication, this was not done so had to wait longer for our room, I also asked if room had A/C which is didnt but was told a fan would be supplied instead, it was not, no fan to be seen!
Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere in this hotel. Very good breakfast on offer. Nice comfortable rooms. Easy parking. Good place from where to explore the city.
Grab handles beside the bathtub would be good so that ingress and egress is safer for older guests.
