Location and staff
Room temperature was boiling hot .Outside was more breathable .heat was coming from taps or something not sure but it was boiling hot .we spent £137 and check out after an hour asked for refund from booming .com and still chasing
The breakfast was amazing aswel as the pool and sauna! Very nice and clean we stayed in the superior and definitely worth the price🙂
Some hot food options tasted abit dry due to being left out for so long
It is a hotel that I am familiar with. It is easy to navigate around and all the facilities are easily accessible

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very tasty. Room was generally quiet. Good shower but cosy! Wifi was perfectly good.
Room was hot with no aircon or fan and the bed was quite hard for my liking. The room was also a little rough around the edges - light fittings were not properly in their holes after the ceiling had been re-painted, for instance.
Bed was not made when the room was serviced on Saturday, although towels had been refreshed and a cup cleaned.
Bed was very comfortable
Breakfast was good although some parts like the fried eggs and black pudding were dried out.
Nice big room however we did opt for the classic room rather then compact.
Pillows weren’t comfortable. One was soft and one was firm but using the two was too high.
Hotel could do with a little updating. The shower was spraying outside the bath and on the floor.
Could do with a fridge in the room especially if bringing a dog who has wet dog food.
We also don’t like uht milk that hotels provide and often we would ask for a little jug of fresh milk for our tea/coffee.
Great location for my road trip in to North Wales.
The staff in the dining room were particularly helpful/friendly. I wish I could remember some particular names. They gave excellent service.
There was nothing I didn’t like, but I paid for breakfast & dinner beforehand. I could not work out if it is better value to simply pay for what you eat. I could never eat 3 courses and only had soup & cheese & biscuits one evening. I may have paid for a 3- course meal. Not sure how the payment for dinner works. Anyway, all the food I had was very nicely prepared and much appreciated.

Only criticism is in both the room and corridors the floorboards are extremely creaky and need replacing

Rooms were great, breakfast plentiful and adequate. Long wait for eggs but nice when served.

A bit dated with some things needing renewing. Some food items were very low or not replenished very quickly during breakfast.
The breakfast was very good pricey if booked on the day but booking it the night before made it good
