Das Personal war überaus nett, die Lage des Hotels super.

Im Zimmer roch es stark und sehr unangenehm nach Abfluss. Quelle war augenscheinlich die Klimaanlage.

Kamer was warm, vasttapijt ook
Ontbijt was de eerste ochtend dik in orde, tweede ochtend was er duidelijk te weinig personeel, pas na vijf minuten wachten konden we ons aanmelden voor het ontbijt. Bovendien was er (9u in de ochtend) heel veel op, duurde erg lang voor zaken werden bijgevuld (spek is er zelfs niet geweest tweede ochtend).

Perfect spot to enjoy Haarlem.

Small and friendly and in a great location. A minute from the station and bus stop. 5 minute walk to town centre.
Nice breakfast and lounge area open to air on hot days.

Das Frühstückangebot war sehr gut. Das Personal - insbesondere am Empfang - war sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit.

Het was de hoge prijs niet waard
Pros:

Het ontbijt was goed, de locatie was top, de badkamer en het bed waren ook erg goed.

Cons:

De koelkast deed het niet, het was heel erg gehorig, je hoorde de deuren slaan en de buren praten. De hele avond en ochtend gestommel van boven. Het was redelijk stoffig overal.
