We have never been so disappointed!
Pros:

July 21, 2026, around 6 PM: Please absolutely avoid this hotel!!! The receptionist treated us like dirt, simply because we had mistakenly booked a room for two people instead of two people with a small child! After our long journey, we are incredibly disappointed to have been treated so rudely and insolently, especially with a child! It was nothing short of an absolute disgrace!

The room is fine. It’s like an staying at an airbnb because there is no service.

The rooms are spacious and location is very convenient.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service at reception was neither helpful nor particularly welcoming. Staff often responded defensively, and whenever we asked for assistance, we were largely left to resolve the matter ourselves.

For example, our bedsheet was stained. Although we were given a clean replacement, we were expected to change it ourselves. When we asked for help arranging a taxi for our large group, reception simply handed us a telephone number and told us to call the company ourselves. We then had to spend a considerable amount of time on hold while also trying to organise the rest of the group and our luggage.

Of course, we are capable of making a phone call or changing a bedsheet. The issue is not that these tasks are difficult, but that a hotel should provide a reasonable level of assistance, particularly when there is a problem with the room or when guests need help arranging transport for a larger group. Having to manage everything ourselves made the stay more stressful and inconvenient than it needed to be.

Taken together, the experience felt more like staying in a youth hostel than in a professionally managed hotel. It was not the level of hospitality we expected and made our stay unnecessarily unpleasant.

Pros:

Het comfort van de kamer. Het ruime gezellige restaurant met lekker eten en vlotte bediening. De kwaliteit van de elektrische fietsen.
