Enjoyable comfortable hotel, our second stay here and very close to where our son and family live.
Pros:

Comfortable, clean room. Great location beside the shopping centre and close to our family. Nice outlook onto the lake

Cons:

For such a pleasant well appointed hotel we found it disappointing to have only paper cups in the room for tea and coffee, this was very poor!

Goede locatie ruime kamers en gratis parkeren. Goede reis kwaliteit voor de hotelkamer.

Cons:

Netjes en schoon, maar wel gedateerd. Relatief prijzig ontbijt voor hetgeen er wordt aangeboden.

I'll definitely stay here again when in the area.
Pros:

I was visiting a friend in the area so the location & transport links were excellent. The balcony looking onto the lake at the back was a bonus. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

de liggen van het hotel en de kamer met balkon

Cons:

de achterkant van het bankje zat vol stof, daar was al lang niet meer gepoetst. Verder was er helaas geen koelkastje op de kamer

Redelijk hotel op een centrale plek. Hotel is ons inziens wel toe aan een opknapbeurt

Ruime kamer met prima uitzicht. Goed bed en uitstekende douche

Cons:

In de kamer hing een zeer penetrante rioollucht die uit de badkamer leek te komen. Doorspoelen van wasbak, toilet en douche bood geen oplossing. Gezien het late tijdstip waarop wij weer op de kamer kwamen pas in de ochtend hiervan melding gemaakt.

Very basic, good for just a place to rest your head. No vibe.
Pros:

The staff are unfriendly and quite brash at times esp at the front desk.
Breakfast and dining staff were nicer. The hotel is basic, breakfast is basic. location is great

Pros:

The room was ok. We did not use the breakfast or restaurant. The hotel is in a good location with easy access to Delft and Den Haag using public transport.

Cons:

The bar staff were often more interested in chatting with friends than clearing tables.
At check out we had to ask for a receipt as one was not offered.
