From the moment we arrived, we were treated so well. All the staff were kind, considerate and professional. At breakfast Aggeliki and Panigiotis were very attentive. A lady at the front desk was very helpful in arranging a day trip to Pella and Vergina. (So sorry I cannot remember her name).
The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of choice and a wonderful view from the rooftop.
The room was well appointed with lovely toiletries. The coffee machine was a nice bonus as was the evening chocolates.
Located on the waterfront, we enjoyed watching the ships passing by from our balcony. It was an easy walk to most of the points of interest in the city area.
Absentmindedly I left something behind in the hotel and the sister hotel in Athens co-ordinated to have my belonging transferred to Athens for collection. I am so very grateful for the help in this matter.
We would have liked face washers
We stay here every time we come to Thessaloniki, which is about once or twice a year. My husband’s dream is to live at the Electra Oslace!

Location was perfect. Staff were brilliant. Rooftop restaurant was amazing and the breakfasts fantastic.
Our room was very small and the moved us to a slightly larger one on the 2nd day. Both rooms faced back of another building. O lying other thing was that they didn't serve hot drinks ie: coffee or chocolate after 6pm without alcohol in the bar
The indoor pool was not heated

Great location for visiting, shopping and enjoying restaurants. Our room was fairly nice, with nice views. Access to the lobby lounge with complementary drinks and food was a plus. Breakfast was generous and the roof top location with sea views is great.
Parking is not available at the hotel, but there is availability nearby.
