Pros:

The swimming pool sauna and hot tub

Cons:

The staff didnt seem to know what they was doing, also there was a wedding party in causing alot of noise and disruption who had been put on the same corridor , there was screaming, shouting, kids running about, doors slamming until early hours and they was awake again at 5am with alot of noise..i dont understand why we was put on the same corridor...i phoned reception to ask to be changed rooms a couple of times and there was no answer

Friendly staff and a clean environment, but the poor mattress comfort made this stay less enjoyable than my previous vis

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel environment was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant atmosphere.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and resulted in significant body aches during and after my stay. This had a major impact on the quality of my rest and overall comfort.

Nice people but certainly won't go back.
Pros:

The staff were very nice and friendly.
My husband used the pool and found that very pleasant, if a little tired.

Cons:

The room was down 2 flights of stairs and there was no lift.
It was very hot - the heating was on and we managed to turn that off, but the towel rail was on all the time we were there. There was no way to turn it off.
The food was average quality, but quite expensive.
The outside lights were on at 10am - very wasteful!

Had some issues re restaurant service which was resolved after sharing concerns.
