Good location but disappointing hotel
Pros:

Great location in Bruges

Cons:

We booked a triple room which did not resemble the photos at all. We had a room that was in need of refurb / redecoration. The beds were tiny and the third one placed awkwardly under a window, with the curtain hanging down over it. Was fairly poor vs what is advertised.

Chambre spatieuse et literie confortable

Cons:

La salle de bain était très propre : calcaire et traces de moisissure au niveau des joints de la baignoire
Le soir nous n’avons pas pu manger car malgré le fait qu’il était indiqué que le service jusqu’à 22h à 19h30 on nous a indiqué qu’ils ne servaient plus . Nous avons pris des croques . Ils étaient froids .
Au bar nous avons commandé des bières blondes , ils nous ont servi des bières brunes

Pros:

Après un premier séjour en aout qui c'était moyennement bien passé ( un membre du personnel, des travaux non communiqués...) j'ai quand même réitéré pour un séjour car la localisation, le prix avec petit déjeuner, la propreté et les chambres étaient très bien. Cette fois ci un sans faute. Un très bel et bon hôtel . J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Exceptional - one of the bed and what amazing value for money.
Pros:

Literally everything! Waking up to a canal view, walking distance from the main attractions - so close that the kids (under 6) also walked. Extremely kind staff. Breakfast wasn’t extraordinary but good with all usual options (except veggies that I prefer in the morning!). The beds are large and comfortable mattresses (very fat pillows though!). Cute Japanese garden in the middle of the hotel and a very open bar area.

We will be back!

Cons:

Really not a complaint but maybe could do with some sautéed veggies or something else for the ones that find meats, breads and eggs a bit too dry as options!

And flat pillows for some people with neck issues - again not really something wrong, just a personal choice

A lovely quiet hotel near the centre.
Pros:

It was located on the river, just 10 mins walk from the central square. A quiet area. Comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast.

Calme et sérénité
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme le long d'un canal. Nous avons été très très bien accueillis et tous les jours de notre séjour.
Nous étions dans une très belle chambre et très bien aménagée.

Cons:

Le coin salon juste après l'accueil fait un peu vieux et froid.

très bien situé au calme mais mérite quelques améliorations/ rafraîchissements
Pros:

l'emplacement proche du centre sans être en plein centre

Cons:

l'hôtel est assez vétuste la chambre aurait besoin d'être améliorer le matelas est vraiment au bout et lansalle de bain aurait besoin d'être refaite (le porte savon est tombé il était complètement foutu) un noeud dommage
