Unique historic location with 5 stay luxury
Pros:

It’s an extraordinary building, a Spanish estate built on top of a major Inca temple. Staying here felt like being part of history.

Cons:

Too much faffing about with the bill / checkout.

I had initially booked a cancellable stay and when I changed dates it became non cancellable. I was doing this dec 25 for a June 26 stay. Felt excessive and lacked flexibility.

Experiência que já sinto saudades🥰
Pros:

Este hotel é simplesmente surreal! Vale cada centavo, pois proporciona uma verdadeira experiência de hospedagem.
Tudo começa pela localização e pela atmosfera encantadora do lugar. O atendimento da equipe é impecável, sempre atencioso e acolhedor. O enxoval, a cama, os amenities, a suíte e a decoração são perfeitos em cada detalhe.
O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com muitas opções, e o restaurante do hotel oferece pratos deliciosos. Outro diferencial é o cuidado constante com o hóspede, toda vez que você sai e retorna, o quarto está arrumado, e a equipe demonstra uma preocupação genuína em fazer você se sentir especial, oferecendo mimos e pequenos cuidados o tempo todo.
É uma experiência completa, tanto na hospedagem quanto na gastronomia. Um daqueles lugares que deixam saudades e aos quais, sem dúvida, eu voltaria e vou voltar com os meus filhos pois vale muito!

Cons:

Olha eu faria uma sugestão de ter mais tomadas no quarto na lateral das camas. Turista sempre tem muita coisa pra carregar. Só isso que senti falta mais não foi um problema!

A heritage and historical hotel
Pros:

Stunning heritage property in the heart of Cusco. Loved the ambiance and the history of the building. The free offers such as the tour of the property ending with an Inca ceremony was very enchanting. Pisco sour lesson with Miguel - par excellence! Great choice in the breakfast buffet. The option of having it in the courtyard added to the ambiance. Staff accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

Some rooms unfortunately are facing the city street, which is busy all night !! Plus the air conditioning would not work! The bed also not comfortable, you could see that the mattress is dated. The room was stuffy and noisy due to the street traffic! We could not sleep . Next day they accommodated us in the inner side , with a view of the hotels air conditioning units!! We would rather a good night sleep !! The hotel is a big chain Marriott, prices are not cheap! So definitely not the value for what we paid . They did not offer a discount or an upgrade for the discomfort .. I still gave it. 8 star due to the other amenities and hotel services and .. based on our experience of first night a 5 rating was deserving

Comodidad y excelencia por el personal del hotel
Pros:

El personal muy atento y amable desde housekeeping, manteniendo hasta los meseros y recepción.

Cons:

Era muy frío el cuarto para mi gusto personal, tuvieron que poner una calefacción eléctrica lo cual era incómodo que esté en el cuarto. Pero obviando eso mi papá y yo nos sentimos cómodos. Nos tuvimos que mudar a otro hotel por distancia a otros lugares de cuzco y mi papá incluso quiso ir a despedirse del personal antes de irnos de cuzco 😅

Tudo!!! Experiência maravilhosa! Atendimento nota mil! Fomos mto bem atendidos.

Maravilloso, lo repetiría.
Pros:

Maravilloso lugar, las instalaciones muy cómodas, el desayuno increíble y el personal muy atento y amable. Muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

No pudimos usar el spa ya que íbamos con niños y no está permitido que entren menores de 15 años. Eso no aparece en la descripción del hotel y fue una de las razones por las que lo habíamos elegido.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and accomodating and it was in a great location to explore.
When we arrived we realised we didmt have a balcony room and enquired about upgrading - the staff were wonderful and moved some things around to let us upgrade.

A perfect acclimatisation stay in this fabulous hotel before taking on the Salkantay trek
Pros:

A fantastic centrally located hotel. Clean with great facilities. An amazing buffet breakfast. Fabulous and friendly staff. An amazing ration of price to quality of our stay. Do not look for anything else while in Cusco. Book this one and you will not be disappointed.

Home base before and after the Classic Inca Trek.
Pros:

Palacio Del Inka is beautiful and the rooms are excellent. The beds are extra comfy which was needed before and after our 4 day 3 night Inca Trail trek. 😀 Wonderful dining. Best of all was the exceptional staff which treated Laura and I like good friends. Excellent location near De Armas Plaza and Convent Santa Domingo. Beautiful interior and courtyards.
