Five nights at Palacio Del Inka exceeded every expectation, and so much of that is due to two exceptional members of the team — Daniel and Josver.
Daniel’s hotel tour was one of the highlights of our stay. His knowledge of the property’s extraordinary 500-year-old history, the Inca foundations beneath our feet, and the stories woven into every corner of this remarkable building genuinely elevated our entire Cusco experience. It was the kind of guided introduction that transformed the hotel from a beautiful place to stay into a living piece of history.
Josver’s care during a difficult moment was equally unforgettable. When a member of our party became unwell — Josver handled everything with genuine warmth and professionalism. Rescheduling our planned activities, checking in on us regularly, and ensuring we felt supported throughout was above and beyond any standard of service we could have hoped for. He made a stressful situation feel completely manageable.
The property itself is extraordinary — a restored colonial palace with Inca stonework visible throughout, steps from the Plaza de Armas, with breakfast included and thoughtful touches at every turn. But it is the people who make Palacio Del Inka truly special. Daniel and Josver are the reason we will return.
Our stay at Palacio del Inka was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and their hospitality exceeded all of our expectations.
A very special thank you to Juan and the entire breakfast team. They completely surprised me on my birthday by bringing out a beautiful birthday cake and singing Happy Birthday accompanied by a traditional Peruvian harp (arpa). It was such an unexpected and heartfelt gesture that truly made my birthday magical. It’s a memory I will cherish forever.
The breakfast every morning was delicious, the service was warm, attentive, and personal, and every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience.
An awful hotel. Miserable people at the front desk. The rooms are terrible with shabby furniture and bad smelling carpets. Super expensive with no value. An embarrassment to the Marriott brand.
We had amazing experience at palacio del inka. The service was outstanding and Waldir helped us very much!
This was an amazing hotel... possibly one of the most unique I've ever seen. The service was impeccable, great location. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Carlos and everyone else working there!
El desayuno es espectacular y la atención en general de todo el personal es maravillosa.
Great experience. Warm people, excellent service. I want o recognize specially Rodrigo at the bar and Josver.
Thank you for an amazing stay! We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The service was excellent, and everyone was so kind and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to come back soon!
The experience was fantastic; the bellhops were incredibly friendly—especially Josver—the service was excellent, and the food was exceptional. Finally, the entire staff was very kind and welcoming.
From the moment we stepped into the Palacio Inka we felt at home. The best customer service in Peru! Hotel tours, excellent breakfast and a cute baby llama in the courtyard add to experience. Special thanks to Walter and Samuel for all their logistical support. Highly recommend! We will be back.
Fantastic place to stay in Cusco. The Palace is more than a luxury hotel, it is a living museum. A guided visit is organized for customers, under the leadership of the concierge, Daniel, passionnated and speaking several languages. All services are managed in a soft and discreet way, allowing us to feel like at home during our stay. Also special mention to the breakfast buffet, with a large selection of local food, and to the animations provided with great intelligence! In conclusion, this is our very best experience at this level.
