Ubicación espectacular.
Los empleados son super apáticos. Al momento de hacer el check-in nos atendió Cristian y nos atendió de muy mala gana. Lo que me pareció lamentable fue ver los malos modos de Carlos Risco, el chef, quien regañó en público a un mesero durante el buffet del desayuno del 21/julio; si yo voy a desconectarme quiero tener un desayuno relajado y lo que menos espero es ver malos tratos de un chef a un colaborador; es lamentable la forma en la que se dirigió a dicha persona, algo humillante. La alfombra de la habitación estaba super desgastada.
Personeel was erg formeel en niet flexibel. We waren zeer verbaasd over alle toeslagen die we moesten betalen. 10% service en en ook nog eens 10% extra resorttoeslag. Dit was niet verteld op de site van booking en dus een onaangename verrassing. De resort faciliteiten waren ook niet zo zodanig dat dit gerechtvaardigd was. Je moest de spa bijvoorbeeld per minuut extra betalen. Hebben flexibiliteit gevraagd bij onze tweede overnachting, maar daarop werd zeer formeel gereageerd en alles werd afgewezen. De prijs staat in geen enkele verhouding tot wat je krijgt. Een veel betere optie was ons tweede hotel in Cuzco genaamd Antigua Casona San Blas. Wat een enorm verschil in vriendelijkheid en service en prijs kwaliteitverhouding. Antigua Casona oversteeg in alle opzichten onze verwachting.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. I thought it was impossible for people to be this nice, when it is not their personal business. I would definitely recommend Palacio del Inka to anyone stopping by in Cuzco.

This hotel is such a beautiful place to stay. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The location is in a great spot within walking distance for activities to do during the day. They offer a hotel tour and Daniel was such a great tour guide! He was very knowledgeable about everything and really cares about the history!

Great hotel with history and loved the staff. Very very friendly. Ruth checked us in and was very sweet and got the sweetest cupcakes.
Our stay at Palacio del Inka was luxurious. We enjoyed massages at the beautiful spa. The proximity to shopping, restaurants and main sites of Cusco was perfect. The overall feel of the hotel was elegant and beautiful. We happened to be there for the Forth of July and the hotel set up a little station of mimosas and red, white and blue donuts to celebrate! The attention to detail was very impressive.
The highlight of our stay was taking the Hiram Bingham train to Machu Picchu. Our fabulous concierge, Daniel, surprised us by arranging a private train car for our family. It is a day and stay we will never forget!
Let me start by saying how sad I am that today is my last day at this beautiful hotel.
A special shoutout to Daniel, the concierge, who made our stay exceptional from the moment we checked in. He was warm, attentive, and absolutely flawless in making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
We also loved the breakfast each morning, especially the live traditional harp music and the adorable alpaca in the courtyard. One of the highlights of our visit was the complimentary tour of the hotel’s fascinating history, led by Daniel. The hotel itself is like a living museum, beautifully showcasing both Inca and Spanish colonial heritage, and the tour made us appreciate it even more.
Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. I truly hope to return someday!
Easy location downtown, walkable to highlights. Absolutely stunning hotel (beautiful architecture and artwork) with even more amazing, friendly staff. Always greeted with smiles. Definitely do the hotel tour with concierge Daniel. Very informative tour about cultural history and hotel history, engaging, with the most beautiful, emotional surprise at the end. The hotel breakfast spread was delicious with tons of variety and lunch was great too! We visited during the World Cup and the hotel bar played every game. Genuinely recommend this hotel for a Cusco vacation.

We stayed here twice during our trip. First room had ac but the second room did not. The staff brought in a portable ac unit for us which was nice but it wasn’t strong enough. After a four day hike all we wanted was a nice sleep and the room was too hot and uncomfortable. They need to upgrade all rooms to have ac that both cools and heats. Nonetheless, this is still an amazing hotel but we would recommend requesting the rooms with cooling ac.
