L'hôtel est progressivement en restauration...il n'y a pas de double vitrage en général, il pourrait rafraîchir des moquettes etc....rien qui puisse gâcher un séjour

Das Zimmer war im 1. Stock,was wir im Voraus nicht wußten. ( in einem Charlet)
Wir mussten über eine sehr steile Treppe nach oben ,
was für uns,meine Frau 80 und ich 83 Jahre alt
sehr erschwert war.

Het bed was goed.

Cons:

Ten eerste was het niet duidelijk dat het chalets waren daarnaast is dit niet een goede locatie voor lichamelijke gehandicapten, geen parkeerplaats voor lichamelijke gehandicapten, het was heel erg rumoerig met slaande deuren en een grote eind om te lopen naar het chalet.
2 de. Lunch reservering was niet voorbereid, als er vantevoren een aanvraag is. Hoor je al op de hoogte te zijn. En je mice en. Place gereed te hebben, geen gedekte tafel, schreeuwende restaurant bediening die luidruchtig. In duscissie gaan met gasten en schreeuwende communicatie tegen de gasten, geeft geen welkom warm gevoel aan de gasten en niet. Klantvriendelijk was ver te zoeken, gasten voor de high tea konden niet samen als groep en moest een deel wachten wat vreemd is. Kortom geen professionele horeca personeel! Dit hotel dus nooit meer!

Gedateerd en aan renovatie toe maar prijs kwaliteit is in verhouding.
Pros:

Kamers zijn mooi gelegen in het bos, mooi terras, goede matrassen, geen airco maar de temperatuur in de kamer was ok ondanks de warme dagen die voorafgingen aan ons verblijf. Het restaurant is gelegen in het prachtige herenhuis, diner en ontbijt van prima kwaliteit.

Cons:

Kamers zijn erg gedateerd en sterk aan renovatie toe, met name de badkamer is ondermaats. Kartonnen bekertjes ipv kopjes voor de koffie op de kamer.
