Cons:

1. Oud en lastig te bereiken hotelkamers, ondanks er op voorhand telefonisch contact over te hebben gehad;
2. Personeel dat iedere vraag als een last lijkt te beschouwen en weinig vriendelijkheid uitstralen;
3. Geen mogelijkheid je kamer door te luchten: met het warme weekend bleef het ook ‘s nachts 32/33 graden;
4. Meubilair e.d. oud en niet meer comfortabel.

Er is geen minibar op de hotelkamer, terwijl dat op de site van booking.com wel staat. En er was geen buitenzwembad.
Wat ik jammer vond is dat er geen koffie of thee faciliteiten op de hotelkamer zelf aanwezig is

Mooie locatie in het bos

Cons:

Ik stond meer dan 30 minuten te wachten bij de receptie omdat diegene voor mij op een zwarte lijst stond en eigenlijk niet welkom was. Toch ingecheckt uiteindelijk. Wat heeft die zwarte lijst dan voor zin.

Cons:

Het was afgelopen weekend extreem warm. Als je dan gasten laat verblijven op een kamer zonder airco dat was mens onterend. Het had Fletcher gesierd als ze hadden gezegd door omstandigheden kunnen jullie niet op deze kamers verblijven. We hebben of een andere kamer of we moeten deze kamer annuleren. Daarbij dachten we daar te gaan dineren. De doradefilet was gefrituurd en smakeloos. Het visje verdronk in de saus, hasselback aardappel waren niet gaar en de geroosterde groente waren doorgekookt uit een pakje. De enige reactie van de bediening die we kregen was we geven het door aan de keuken.

Het lijkt meer een vakantie park dan een hotel. Met prachtig onderhouden natuur. Wij hadden een familiekamer geboekt wat een mooi huisje bleek te zijn.

Cons:

Het was extreem warm en dan mis je toch een airco.
Maar veel meer miste wij een koelkastje.

I stayed in a room on the second floor of a two story row of rooms. Given the heatwave and the fact that heat rises, my room was incredibly hot. The difference between the hallway on the ground floor and my floor was very noticeable. Given that the rooms do not have air conditioning, I felt it was not proper to still house guest in these second floor rooms. Hardly slept at all...

Le gentil Monsieur à la réception lors de mon arrivée pour sa gentillesse

À mon arrivée, la porte était grande ouverte, j’ai dû retourner à la réception pour que le réceptionniste m’accompagne et vérifie qu’il n’y avait personne dans ma chambre et qu’il n’y avait pas de dégradation car n’importe qui pouvait y entrer.Les draps n’étaient pas propres.
Il y avait des Cheveux partout.
Le lendemain soir lorsque je suis retournée dans ma chambre, la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée pire encore, quelqu’un est rentré et a laissé plein de terre au sol et rallumé la clim que j’avais éteinte en partant exprès.
