Locatie en personeel.
Schoonmaak en ontbijt was voldoende maar had beter gekund.
Great location on the beach, easy to walk down to town and to get the bus to/from the station. The room was spacious and well appointed. Would highly recommend staying here to experience Brighton.

Good location, excellent breakfast and good decoration in the lobby.
We requested twin beds and ended up with a large single bed. The phone didn’t work to call reception so I had to go back there waking and it was far. The receptionist told us there was a lift but it wasn’t true it was a lift for physically challenged people. Then you should not have allergies or asthma in that hotel because there is an old smelly carpet everywhere you go. That’s not nice it feels like an old grandma house. There were no bottles of water in the room we had to request them twice to get them. The bathroom smelled like sewage it was also very hot there. No AC in the room only fans. And you could not open the window as it was leading to a disgusting place full of filth and pigeon poop and you could hear pigeons all the time. Really terrible for an Accor hotel.

État général plutôt pas très nette et très vieillotte. SdB petite, douche "à l'italienne " avec l'eau qui éclabousse hors du receveur. Tour du lavabo, du receveur et toilette pas net.
De plus toilette inutilisable le premier soir. Quand à l'ensemble de l'hôtel rien d'exceptionnel. Mercure ne serait-il plus ce que l'on aurait pu en attendre ??
The staff really helped make our stay excellent,very attentive when required but not intrusive,friendly and helpful when asked about anything.
The car park while easy to park was a little grubby and did not set a good example of the hotel

To please advertise the car park charges
As to be hit with a £28 parking fee at check in was very upsetting
