Location is ideal for Hove and Brighton, breakfast was good, dinner in the restaurant was very good, room was a good size for two people. The staff were very obliging.
We were put on the top floor with a winding staircase not good for to over 80 year olds.
Good location needs some TLC!
Traditional decor
Room was ok breakfast was good
Staff not happy had fire alarm go off no staff knew what to do we stood outside in freezing cold and rain tell firefighters came was old people freezing to death and nobody help them or got seating and then tell us we can go in but if smells burning to get out sleep in clothes just in case of fire
Good location opposite old pier and beach
hotel is tired - worn carpets
Nice
Nothing
Lovely breakfast
French doors didn’t open
Frokosten var god, men frokostrommet var litt lite så jeg måtte spise i baren en dag. Fint gammelt hotell. Alle fikk rom som passet (enkelt, tomanns, dobbelt). Kort vei til stranden.
Litt slitent her og der. Litt langt til sentrum.
Bar good. Breakfast ok. Car park difficult to locate
Very dated room. Stains on carpet and decor tired. Lift floor filthy during our stay.no
Great location , parking on site, decent food , ok rooms
Room wasn’t serviced during our 3 day stay
The building was beautiful, with beautiful views from the sea view rooms.
The room was not very clean, the carpet was stained and dirty.
The room, for the money coulddo with a revamp
Location perfect, room perfect with wonderful view of sea. Staff were all lovely..
The parking, this is a super small car park & very difficult to move around when full. Unfortunately this made getting in & out an issue.
Lovely location. The room was comfortable and bright
Parking terrible. I went into the carpark to find it full up, no sign outside yo say so. Very, very difficult to turn around. The parked down the road at a cost of nearly £35, and mercure tried to charge for parking in way out.
Quite a few stairs to the Mews room difficult for my husband. Should be a warning when booking that room.
Large sea view room
We didn’t really see any staff!
