Lovely hotel and staff superb location
Pros:

A gem of a hotel. Well located in the old part within walking distance to the town center main square and sites, restaurants and cafes.
Wonderful staff and good housekeeping. Well appointed and extremely comfortable room

Il servizio efficiente e tutti molto educati. La pulizia molto buona e la colazione molto varia e con tutti prodotti freschi e di qualità. Servizio anche cordiale e rapido. La posizione perfetta e la zona tranquilla e silenziosa pur essendo in centro

Cons:

non mi è piaciuto molto che a porta del bagno non si potesse chiudere bene e che essendo di vetro trasparente entrava la luce dalla finestra del bagno che non si poteva ovviamente tappare

I am writing to share my appreciation for our recent stay at your hotel.

The location is excellent, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. We also enjoyed the variety of cafés, restaurants, and quick food options nearby.

Your staff members were extremely polite and welcoming. Their willingness to help made our stay even more pleasant. I would like to give special thanks to Maryana and Julia for their exceptional attention to detail.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I will definitely recommend your hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

Absolutely no complaints!
Pros:

I found the hotel to be very nice! My room was one floor higher than the elevator went, but carrying my luggage up/down one flight was worth it! I think it was the only room on that floor and it was so spacious and had a great view! Everything was clean and in great shape. Breakfast was included and had everything I could want. The location was nice - on a fairly quite street but close to all the old town sites (and a recommended Lokal restaurant just a few doors down). Nice location for an evening drink from the bar outside on the sidewalk. Staff at the front desk, breakfast room and bar were all very nice.
