Good location with comfortable rooms
Pros:

Great location, and thebtooms were of good size, woth nice bathroom fixtures and a fridge and coffe in the room.

Cons:

Aside from the checkin desk, there is no public space to lounge, except for two chairs right by the main entrance. Also, there was a self service convenience stand which was ok, but a bit expensive.

Hotel in zentraler Lage mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden sind aber einige Straßen weiter entfernt in einen engen Innenhof. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich das Auto eher außerhalb der Stadt in den PR Plätzen parken. Dieses ist wesentlich günstiger und auch unkomplizierter.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte die Fenster zum Innenhof, wo die Abluftanlagen installiert waren, was zu einer kontinuierlichen Lärmbelästigung führte. Auch roch es auf den Flur im 1 OG nach Abfluss. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel

15 minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof war sehr gut

Cons:

Beim Buchen steht "Breakfast", aber es gab gar kein Frühstück im Hotel, es gibt auch keinen Frühstücksraum oder ähnliches.
Im Badzimmer war keine Klobürste und hat es nach Kanal gemüffelt.
der Gutschein fürs freie Getränk für den Verzicht auf Reinigung wurde erst nach 22:30 Uhr unter der Tür durchgeschoben. In der Früh waren vor mir ca. 10 Leute beim Checkout, die auch alle ein Getränk wollte. ich hatte es eilig und konnt nicht warten. Den Gutschein hätte ich mir am Nachmittag erwartet.

Licht und Schatten
Pros:

Super Lage, Bahnhof und Innenstadt bzw. Grachten in Laufnähe. Bett bequem, Kaffeeautomat und Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Obst gratis an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Sehr laute Lüftung im Mini-Innenhof, sehr störend auch in der Nacht, Sauberkeit im Bad so-la-la (dreckige Fugen)
. Fenster einfach verglast und kaum zu schließen. Kein Frühstück.

Teleurstellend lettend op prijs.
Pros:

Locatie passend bij onze wens voor nabijheid Utrechtse Schouwburg

Cons:

Veel lawaai door uitgaansleven.

Badkamer was absoluut onvoldoende.

Raampartij en kozijnen slecht.

Nog nooit zo’n slechte kamer gehad voor zo’n hoge prijs van €235 !!!

Too expensive for what it is now.
Pros:

Location was really good. Tea and coffee options in room. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean though layout to be be desired. House keeping was fine, had the option for free drinks if you didn't want to have your room cleaned, though we only got 2 for our 4 nights!

Cons:

Been there a few times now, and it seems like it's under new management. The main problem was that this was our most expensive hotel and it didn't live up to what it once did. If the rooms were cheaper, significantly cheaper then I would 100% say it's great for what you pay for, but the value for money just isn't there. If you find it on sale, then definitely check it out.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, das Personal war sehr Freundlich und professionell, die Betten und Kissen sehr bequem, es war
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist super Zentral und drr Freundliche Mitarbeiter am Telefon hat uns die Andreise wie auvh das finden des Parkplatzes sehr gut beschrieben.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Cons:

Es wirkte leider so als wäre länger keiner mehr im Zimmer gewesen da es etwas staubig auf den Ablagen war.
