Comfy and cool in a hot spell.
Pros:

We were there during a heatwave and our room had air con (so necessary!), the staff were all wonderful, especially Aisha (apologies if spelled wrong), and I thought that the room we stayed in was perfectly good, with very comfy beds. It's in a lovely location with nice restaurants in every direction too. I was worried by some reviews I read but didn't need to be at all. The little bits and pieces like the room's mini fridge and coffee maker, plus the fruit in the entrance hall, was an added bonus. And the lift!

Raramente abbiamo incontrato una disorganizzazione del genere: in una camera non funzionava l'aria condizionata, asciugacapelli rotto. Addirittura non ci hanno avvisato che una mattina ci sarebbe stata la sospensione dell'erogazione dell'acqua.

Særs hyggelig mottakelse av ei blid jente i resepsjonen. Flott eldre hotell meget sentralt til alt. Sikker bra parkering, men høy pris.

Ik zou geen kamer verhuren met deze wamte als je op de TD moet wachten ivm een kapotte airco. Als mensen na 21:00 aankom

Lokatie prettig.

Cons:

Airco was kapot en dat wisten ze echter ze verhuurden deze kamer wel als laatste kamer in het hotel. Kreeg als compensatie een ventilator aangeboden.

The staff is nice and helpful.
The rooms are comfortable.

Schönes Hotel, sauber, freundlich, aber Standardzimmer ungenügend.
Pros:

Gute Lage, Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Standardzimmer sind ohne Aussicht (Mauer in wenigen Metern im Mini-innenhof) Lüftung vom Restaurant verursacht Lärm und Vibrationen bis weit in die Nacht. Absolut ungenügend, aber das Personal hat sofort für ein besseres Zimmer gesorgt.
Kein Frühstück möglich, aber viele Kaffees in der Nähe.
