Direkte Anbindung von der M20. sehr praktisch zu finden. Ein riesengroßer Parkplatz, der bei Überfüllung auf die riesige Rasenflaeche erweitert werden kann. Autokennzeichen muß beim Einchecken an der Rezeption digital eingetragen werden, Parken ist bei einer Buchung inklusiv. Guter Restaurant mit leckerem fish and chips, die Bar ist auch schön.
Das Aussehen der Anlage gleicht eines Industriekomplexes von der Architektur her inmitten eines großen, grünen Areals. Safe war nicht funktionstüchtig, es wurde gemeldet. Er wurde durch einen Nagelneuen ersetzt, aber nach 3 Tagen. Es war zu spät für mich, um ihn zu nutzen. Kein Kühlschrank, es geht gar nicht. Es gab zu dieser Zeit eine ausgeprägte Hitze. Das gekaufte Wasser war nach einer kurzen Zeit heiß wie gekocht.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating.
The hotel is ridiculously hot. No aircon. The fan was old and did nothing. The room was very small. I didn’t stay I left and stayed elsewhere. The beds are very hard.

La habitacion. Calefaccion junto a la cama encendida todo el rato, no la podían parar. Imposible dormir.
The food was great. The view over the field at the back was lovely. The location is great off the M20
There is a lift to get to your room, however its down quite a few steps and if you have a case it is quite difficult. They did offer to help (we declined). I think a hotel like that should have a ramp or better access to get cases into the lift. It is also v difficult to get the lift from your floor back down to near reception, one of use had to walk down and call the lift.
We asked for rooms next to each other, and we booked a few weeks ahead. I think they could have accommodated that.
Breakfast included. Comfortable bed. Ironing board and iron in room. Nicely kept lawns and outdoor seating from breakfast area.
No air conditioning in rooms, very basic in every aspect, whole property needs care and maintenance and a lot of love, essentially a full renovation. Also the staff could have been a lot friendlier.
Close to motorway very clean and tidy food was spot on,pleasant surroundings

The door system was old and in need of investment, I was given 2 rooms , and tried to get into my room four times I had to tell the night stafff to come and get my door open he had to use his master key , I finally got in the room at midnight after 40 mins messing around , no apologies from management or communication as yet ? Very poor

We will stay again and recommend. Easy 30mo uses to Le Shuttle.
Communal areas would benefit from a refi. However for an overnight stay it was excellent and our room was perfect.
Arrived at the property having travelled 9 hours to be told there was a problem with the system and the 3 rooms we had booked were not infact booked. We then had to sleep in our cars and the next day we had an additional 13 hours travel to our destination so this was not a good start to our trip.
