Uncomfortable bed poor room. Never coming back
Pros:

Easy parking. Easy check in
That’s it

Cons:

The room was a root march from reception
On entering I heard voices only to find out they were next door. I took a long walk to the bar only to find the bar menu short and expensive. Back at my room no bedside table to put anything on. All very poor

Avoid if you want a graceful night’s sleep and/or a calm breakfast.
Pros:

Comfy beds, room adequately spacious.

Cons:

We were woken a 05h30 by the conference centre right below our window - like a rowdy cocktail party for at least 45 minutes. Staff not at all gracious in dealing with our complaint but eventually did refund our money. Breakfast as noisy, people pushing and shoving, talking at the tops of their voices. Terrible smell of fried foods and dirty plates etc everywhere.

Gave me what I needed.
Pros:

Excellent facilities with on site pool, gym, spa ... but all so tired and dated.
Room was large, but not air conditioned.
Restaurant food was good.

Cons:

This hotel is looking very 'tired'. Chipped brick work. Stained floors. Old and tired decor.

Good location for overnight before a continental trip. Good staff but poor corporate owners.
Pros:

Location and park setting.

Cons:

The hotel is very tired and unloved. No AC in rooms or double glazing. Noise from busy A road and motorway. Was once a great hotel now sadly run into the ground by corporate greed.
