Excellent stop over before holiday
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and professional, the room was spotless, beds incredibly comfortable and aircon.

Cons:

The food was okay the burgers were great, however my daughter said the pizza could have had more mozzarella and the tacos needed more dips.

Very relaxing stay before heading to the airport.
Pros:

Only ten minutes from Gatwick airport.

Reception was welcoming and our room was nice and well appointed. East-facing window so had a beautiful sun rise.

Large bed was comfy and good facilities (microwave, fridge).

The pool is nice and sauna too. Didn’t get to use the gym unfortunately.

Restaurant staff are friendly and helpful, the food was good too.

Plenty of parking available.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

Slightly tired in places.

Breakfast was crowded in a small space
Second morning was very noisy at breakfast lots of people pretty full
Hotel social space felt overly warm
Bacon and eggs were dry over cooked. Day 2 breakfast when I went to get my food there were no eggs or no hash browns so very limited.
Sign said Marmite and in bowl was jam so wrongly labelled.
We were a group of 6 and x 3 people sadly smoked and when it’s raining there is no shelter. Paying for £12 per night parking was a bit steep they should reduce this for visitors staying in hotel. It’s not like we were going in a flight and looking for specific parking facilities.

Good hotel
Pros:

Nice entrance lobby and rooms were nice and clean and big

Cons:

It was nice that it had a swimming pool but it was quite cold, especially for child we had with us and would have been nice to have a few toys/water aids available there

Very good hotel within a good distance of the airport.
Pros:

Very good customer service. I had paid for breakfast with the package, but wasn’t able to have breakfast due to a change. The staff were very helpful and offered a breakfast bag which I could take with me.
