tainted by the very poor service food wise. Other than that good room in a very good location

Had a good bathroom
TV and coffee facilities
A fridge would of been nice

Cons:

Service in the restaurant was absolutely horrific.
Missed our booking so had to eat in the bar
1 of the party was served the incorrect meal
3 of the party were missing additional extras that were ordered
1 of the party didn't even receive their main meal
In the end we refused to pay as it was woeful

Good, no real issues.
Pros:

Breakfast, great. Location ok, be aware of entry/ exit, very busy road and roundabout. Entry off roundabout, keep your eyes open for entry!!
Exit, be careful it's onto major road.

Cons:

Tables outside sitting, need repair.

Waste of time and money

The property was very well maintained and clean

Cons:

We arrived after a 3 hour drive from our home, checked in and used the pool quickly before it closed . We asked at reception what time restaurant closed and made plans to go for dinner after swimming .

After swimming we went down to restaurant to have some dinner only uk be told that due to having no “gas” there was no food at all ! I said well what about some salads or something that could possibly be oven cooked? I explained we had a 3 hour drive and my son was hungry only to be told to go to reception for some crisps. In the end we had to drive out to a take away. Very disappointing as we chose to stay there to have a relaxing evening before our morning flight instead it turned out to be nuisance of having to find somewhere to eat . Unbelievable that a hotel if this size would simply say “no food at all “ at 9pm

Pros:

Convenient location, clean room, pool is kids friendly

Cons:

The property is overall dated and could use a redecorating. Pool changing room needs more regular cleaning, the restaurant food was not good. Pillows in room need better quality ones.

If you need a base for explorations in Kent - or elsewhere - in the Gatwick area, look no further!
Pros:

Four-person family arriving at Gatwick and needing a base for roadtripping in Kent. For our needs, the location was perfect; both the distance from the airport and the easy access to the motorways we needed. We have little impression of the surroundings, the hotel itself was very adequate. Great room, helpful staff. Enjoyed the breakfast. Understanding bar crew that let me finish watching the World Cup game in extra time, even though they were really closing.

Cons:

After I entered Sandman, I slept with one eye open, gripping my pillow tight.

Neither of us liked Marmite.

The staff were the best thing about the place. Hard working and tried to please

The entrance was where it needs attention. The breakfast was weak to put it mildly. Food was over priced and of a poor standard. I reckon the air fryer was flat out. The bar closes at 11 so if you want a night cap you're sitting foye

Typical airport hotel but further out than expected
