Great location, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Excellent location for the airport, the rooms were large and comfortable, much bigger than we expected.
Food was very tasty.

Probably the worst hotel stay i have ever had to "endure"!
Cons:

I am in room 222.My son and I (seriously disabled at present due to spinal neeve issues are staying here as my son has flown in from Portugal and has a driving test today (Monday)and therefore has had lessons on Saturday and Sunday. On both nights i had very little sleep. 1st night there were to 2 young girls making a noise most of the night, for which i complained about at least twice. 2nd night a young child (indian?)was crying most of the early evening, while I was trying to work. Then I get woken up at about 05h15 by a great deal of noise. I knocked loudly on door! Breakfast on first day was disgusting, so we will not be taking breakfast 2nd day. Our bedooms were not made up - no one had informed me this had to be requested in a 4* hotel, 4 of which I own (www.calcot.co). I will want a total refund of the two nights I have had to pay for and all the additional charges I had to pay for breakfast. Only for my room. I think my son's was acceptable. We will never be staying here again. I travelled the world extensively and 2 of my sons have studied hospitality at Les Roches in Switzerland and Spain.

Pros:

Liked the outdoor seating area which was lovely to sit in with the sun being out. Staff were all very nice both at reception and in the bar area. Had the world cup games on as well which was great. Ordered some food while at the bar and it was also very nice. Great location, we were able to go for a nice walk when we arrived. Room was very spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Overall really happy with our stay and would come back again.

Cons:

Only thing I would say is that we asked for oat milk at reception and the young boy that was on reception said they didn't have any. Luckily a member of staff from the restaurant was walking by and heard us asking and said that she would get us some. Just a little more effort from the boy at reception would have been nice.

Beautiful stay

The view from the room was much lovelier than I thought, the staff were great, the cocktails are lush, bed was comfy, shower was beautiful, all clean, fresh and great value for money!

Comfortable and welcoming.
Pros:

We arrived late after a 6 hr flight delay. We were welcomed in a very friendly and efficient manner. The room was perfect.
