A good hotel with aircon and great beds
Pros:

The staff are exceptionally good especially Eva on reception and John in maintenance. Very nice breakfast staff fab pool great bed and excellent soundproofing system. Very good lunch staff in bar

Cons:

Had some aircon issues but it was new and I have given . Food was ok but not to our taste and quite frankly especially the bar food Breakfast was ok but very cost conscious quality was medium.

Great location, nice staff, comfortable room and bed.

Cons:

Found a long hair on the 'clean' towel which was a bit off-putting. More consideration could have been paid to the hot weather and the room temperatures. I would have expected a hotel of this standard and price to have better toiletry provisions e.g. soap not wrapped in a packet

Excellent friendly hotel, but give the restaurant a wide-berth.
Pros:

Room was spacious and more than adequate. Reception was friendly and staff overall were helpful. During busy times it was a good-wait for an elevator. Free coffee and tea in the foyer was a good touch.

Cons:

The restaurant food was appalling. Smash burgers were burnt and unedible, and despite highlighting this we were told that is how they come. The price of the restaurant was also wildly overpriced for what was served.

Exceptional hotel, great food, can’t wait to go back

Welcoming staff, great facilities, exceptional rooms.

Cons:

Not the easiest place to get to if you’re walking up to the hotel (situated on a busy road) and the windows don’t open in the rooms
