Skvelý zážitok!
Pros:

Skvelá poloha hotela, keď cestujete vlakom! Priamo oproti stanici. Skvelé vybavenie, bezproblémová komunikácia s personálom, famózne raňajky - výber absolútne svetový - s nádherným výhľadom na Florenciu. Proste skvelé!

Cons:

Trochu problém s klimatizáciou, ktorá vydávala značný hluk počas celej doby keď bola zapnutá. Ale dalo sa vydržať.

A lovely hotel, but the bathroom needed refurbishment.
Pros:

The hotel is in great location, with only a short walk to the centre of Florence. The staff were very helpful, & the breakfast was very good. The room was very comfortably & quiet.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room worked, but was not very powerful. The bathroom was tired, & in need of refurbishment.

Luxury in Florence.
Pros:

The breakfast selection was gourmet- top of the line. Even my Vegan travel partner had fabulous selections.
The roof top restaurant/bar is a destination you should NOt miss. Views were incredible from there.

Cons:

My stay was too short- wish I could be there several more days. It made my Florence travel memories top notch.

Pros:

Location was great, We didn’t have breakfast

Cons:

Room A/c was very bad couldn’t sleep 1st night and moved to a room with better A/C the next morning

This hotel location was. Close to everything however, the rooms were dirty. The doors were unlikable, and there was bad smell in the hotel overall.. I don’t think this hotel was 4 star hotel I give to have maximum 2.5 or 3 star hotel.

All around 5 star stay in Florence!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and rooftop, highly recommend, friendly and helpful staff. Location was ideal.

L’hotel è veramente bello, in posizione centralissima a pochi passi dal duomo, staff gentilissimo, camera molto bella ci hanno anche fatto un upgrade con la camera con sauna, il ristorante dove servono anche la colazione all’ultimo piano con vista panoramica su tutta Firenze è stupendo
