Ein stilvolles Hotel in hervorragender Lage mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr gutem Service
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und auch der Stil hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man merkt, dass viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche besonders angenehm und hochwertig. Auch das Frühstück war gut und die Aussicht sehr schön. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Leider war die Klimaanlage in beiden von uns gebuchten Zimmern nicht ausreichend, sodass die Räume trotz Klimaanlage zu warm waren. Wir haben deshalb unser Zimmer gewechselt; das Personal war dabei sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im neuen Zimmer war das Badezimmer allerdings extrem klein. Die Toilette befand sich so nah an der Wand, dass man kaum normal sitzen konnte. Das Badezimmer im Zimmer unserer Kinder war dagegen von der Größe her völlig in Ordnung.

フィレンツェの訪問時は確実に候補として検討すべきホテルです
Pros:

ロケーションは最高、フィレンツェの街を観光する途中でも、容易に部屋に立ち寄れる便利さでした。
上階のテラスからのドーモの景観もバッチリ、贅沢なひと時を過ごせます。
施設内も重厚感がある一方でロビーやレストランは洗練したデザインにリニューアルされているようで、これもまた、素晴らしかったです。
冷蔵庫のミニーバーが全て無料とのことで有り難かったです。

Pros:

The restaurant offers a fantastic view of the Duomo – that was the highlight. The complimentary mini-bar was an unexpected bonus. Staff were friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. Air-conditioning works well, though the temperature is centrally controlled .

Cons:

The lighting in the room and hallway is quite dim, so if you prefer bright spaces, this might take some getting used to.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Personal muy atento y servicial. Excelentes desayunos.
El Baglioni hace la estadía en Florencia fácil e inigualable.

Cons:

La Suite en que estuvimos es incómoda. No tiene casi lugar para colgar la ropa.
Lo peor de esta suite es la completa falta de privacidad en el baño. la hace demasiado incómoda.
las demás habitaciones son muy confortables.
