правила отеля не соответствуют описанию и фото.
Pros:

Мне нравится персонал этого отеля. Он очень дружелюбный и пытается помочь решить все проблемы гостя. Мне нравится расположения отеля. В самом отеле уютно и более менее чисто. Бывает почище - почему то пол плохо отмывают плохо чистят сантехнику. Но постельное белье, полотенца - всегда чистые.

Cons:

Мне не понравились правила отеля. Это не имеет отношения к конкретным сотрудникам - с ними как раз все замечательно. Но когда я выбирала отель - на фото был бассейн и кухня. Я ранее приезжала в этот отель не один год подряд и да там был бассейн и кухня. Для меня наличие кухни в номере это не только возможность сэкономить но и возможность готовить из местных сезонных ингредиентов. На самом деле готовить самому это не так и дешево. Но ничто не может заменить этот опыт. Я из тех людей, которые хотят знать культуру страны не только по истории, но и по вкусу. В данном случае кухня была на фото, была в описании отеля. Но по факту у плиты отрезали вилку и пользоваться кухней запретили. Мне не предоставили даже чашек для чая или кофе -когда я попросила об этом - мне дали СТАКАНЫ)))) Я обращалась с этим вопросом к администрации - мне ответили категорично нет. Я понимаю такие правила, но они должны быть четко обозначены в описании с отражены в фото, чтобы не возникало ложных ожиданий. С бассейном вообще жесть. В начале мая отель не заполнил бассейн. При этом принимал гостей, как открытый отель. Как так то) Я планировала что смогу работать днем и дочка будет плавать в бассейне. По факту его не было. Был наполнен маленький бассейн - она попыталась в нем хотя бы поплескаться и ее прогнали, сказав что бассейн закрыт. Вот это я считаю обманом ожиданий. По этой причине я вряд ли приеду еще раз, на долгий срок так точно не приеду. Завтрак у меня был оплачен но он был прям скучным.. хотя стоит совсем недорого.. Если честно я бы предпочла заплатить за завтрак чуть больше, но получить лучше качество, раз уж вы не разрешаете пользоваться кухней.. в итоге я не поняла ценовую политику этого отеля. Очень жаль, потому что сотрудники действительно отличные.

Pros:

Останавливались на 1 ночь. Завтрак не брали. Сам номер в принципе хороший. Все фото соответствуют действительности. Дверь, ведущая в ванную, - странная. Сильная слышимость, ночью в соседний номер заселялись люди, и я проснулась из-за их разговоров в коридоре. Окна (2-го этажа) выходят прям на соседнее здание с кафе, и им все видно. Но в принципе, соотношение цена/качество норм.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Brillant hotel. Rooms spotless maids clean every day leave the room spotless and fresh towels and bottled water tea and coffee
Staff are absolutely amazing so friendly and very helpful would definitely recommend this hotel
And the beautiful metahan who we are going to miss he’s a bundle of joy

I don't think we'll back
Cons:

Apparently, renovation just finished. They didn't even clean the floor in the room, it was so dusty. The staff didn't change our towels or beddings as promised. Poor experience.
