Overpriced
Pros:

The hotel is in awful shape. There are massive pot holes right outside the front door. The staff are indifferent at best. There is peeling and chipped paint everywhere from the elevator to the room. Why there are no fridges in the room is beyond me. The bathroom door did not shut. There was black mold in the shower. The mattresses were like rocks and the pillows flat. The room price was SO MUCH for such a low quality place. The lobby was pretty but it was misleading.

Cons:

Beds were very uncomfortable. No heat or ac adjustment. Room was 80 and no way to adjust. Restraunt was expensive. $12 for 2 eggs

Nice stay in a great Syracuse University location

Only stay here if you want to be on campus.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk was nice, but had a problem when I arrived. The manager and I texted and offered 50% off my final cost for my issues, which was only proper I feel.

Cons:

They didn't have a room that I reserved. They had an issue with heating and those rooms were no longer available. He offered only 1 room left for 2 people, and we were 3. So, they offered an airbed-I had no choice, there were no other rooms free. The room walls were extremely thin that we heard our neighbor fart. The rooms feel bare and older.

Pros:

The staff tried their best to help. The location for going to the University was very good. It was cheap.

Cons:

Shower not working. Air conditioning not working--thoughout the hotel. WIth sealed windows, there was no air to be had and we spent a very hot night with the only relief a huge box fan they gave us, which took up all the floor space in the very small room. Also due to the small space, I bruised my knee very badly on the corner of the bed frame which juts out into the narrow space. Everything just old and tired, from the bathroom to the room. The broken air conditioning system looked like it was from a 30 year old motel.
The Wyndam hotel group should be ashamed of the derelict state of this hotel.
