Bugs in the bed. Carpets that stunk up the hotel from years of smoke.
Perfectly located for visiting Syracuse University. I appreciated the shuttle service.

it was clean
The staff was absolutely rude. The best were not comfortable at all. It was as if you were sleeping on wood. The smoke detectors went off at 7 o'clock in the morning.
We booked a suite. It was plenty big for 2 adults and a toddler. And it was close to campus. Bed was clean as were the towels.
Room is dated and a bit worn. The bed frame was broken and creaked all night. The sofa was stained. The HVAC system leaked water all night. The bathroom fixtures are also worn. The coffee machine spilled coffee and the coffee wasn’t very good. AND, we needed to pay $10 for overnight parking.
