Staff was not very helpful nor did they understand the question or concerns that multiple guest had: we all had the same issue regarding our equipment and material that we had with us for the Dutch nationals triathlon. We were not allowed to bring it to our rooms.

Goede locatie, goede bedden, airco in elke kamer.

Cons:

Bad had roestplekken en losgelaten kit, wc spoelde continue door, redelijk onaardig personeel, veel fouten en kattig tegen klanten. Maar beter dan andere fletchers waar ik geweest ben...

Lakens waren niet schoon, (bad)kamer erg verouderd en muren slecht geschilderd (dat heeft uiteraard geen invloed op het comfort, maar zag er toch wel heel onverzorgd uit)

Cons:

Der Parkplatz war leider besetzt! Warum schließen Sie keine Vereinbarung mit dem Parkhaus ab, damit Hotelgäste dieses kostenlos nutzen dürfen? Zudem war das Zimmer sehr kalt.

Cons:

in badkamer geen mogelijkheid om handdoeken uit te hangen; onderlaken van het heerlijke bed was iets te klein en kwam dus los; ontbijt tot 10 uur had een half uurtje langer gemogen met oog op uitsjekken om 11 uur

Henkilökunta olivat hyvin lyhyt sanaisia, jopa töykeitä. Sänky oli pedattu epäsiististi, saattoi epäillä oliko lakanoita edes vaihdettu, lakanassa oli tahroja jotka haisivat pizzalta, tyynyt olivat vanhat ja epämukavat. Huone oli Junior sviitti.

De locatie. Ik stapte de parkeergarage uit, rechtsaf en daar was het hotel. Ook het theater was goed te bereiken vanuit het hotel.

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt had de aanduiding duidelijker gekund; waar staan de borden, waar is de melk (graag meer dan 1 karaf).

Pros:

Heel aardig personeel, vooral met de eigenaar konden we het prima vinden. Eten goed en ruime porties. Ontbijt prima!
We hadden voor een klein prijsje een upgrade naar de suite gedaan. Fijn hoekbad waar we makkelijk met z'n tweeën in kunnen, ik ook genoeg ruimte met m'n 203cm...
