Charming hotel in fab location

Fabulous location, charming hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast.

Cons:

Although paying nearly £400 a night, the elevator was broken when we arrived, so we had to carry suitcases up 4 flights. One morning there was no hot water at all, so cold showers. We only got bottled water every second day, and loo rolls not topped up third day so ran out. Not good enough at that price.

Only good thing about the hotel was good location. Good restaurants near by and close to shopping.

Cons:

The room was dirty, and the bed was so uncomfortable that it caused back pain. There was almost nothing provided in the room besides towels, very small shampoo bottles, and soap bars. There were no tissues, no hair dryer, no lotion, no iron, no coffee machine—none of the basic amenities that hotels usually offer.
As soon as you enter the hotel, there is a very unpleasant odor throughout the entire building. On the day of our arrival, the elevator wasn’t working, and the staff member at the front desk asked us to carry our suitcases up the stairs ourselves.

Położenie hotelu w idealnym miejscu

Cons:

Wiem że to Wenecja I hotel jest bardzo stary ale to nie tłumaczy tego że zero izolacji dzwiekowej ... Z korytarza każdy gość hotelowy słyszalne nawet szepty drzwi wejściowe zero izolacji to samo z oknami non stop hałas powodowany tym że okna zero szczelności praktycznie każdy przechodzić słyszalny biorąc pod uwagę że na dole jest bar nie ma możliwości snu do późnych godzin nocnych ...inna sprawa to taka że pokój jest stary odrapany wygląda jak by przez ostatnie 20 lat nie był odnawiany ,wszędzie kasa kurzu i brudu
