Great place to stay in Venice
Pros:

They really looked after us during a heatwave and several powercuts. Super joyful and friendly staff. The location was fab, super close to tourist attractions, but further down the tail of the fish that it didn't always feel overwhlmingly busy. There are about 5 bridges leading to the square that the building is based in, so access to different parts of Venice was super easy!

Not enough value for money. We were left a bit underwhelmed by our stay here for the price we paid!
Pros:

The sizes of the rooms are very underwhelming.
The staff gave us the smallest and probably the worst room in the hotel. On the top floor, in the blazing summer sun. The A/c's don't cool the room sufficiently and you must request for a pedestal fan when travelling in summer.
We had to put our foot down and demand a change of room which they did eventually provide.

Apart from the initial hiccup, the stay was pleasant since we spent most of the time outdoors and came back only at night to sleep.

Cons:

The size of the room was too small.
The air conditioning was left wanting.
The tapestry and beds can be better and cleaner.
The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the place could be better.
The location is very central, so that is the trade off for all of the above.

La ubicación era perfecta

Cons:

La habitación, el mobiliario era antiquísimo. Las vistas a un patio interior. Reservé una habitación doble ya que nos alojábamos mi hija y yo y por el tamaño de la habitación y del armario para mi que era una habitación individual puesto que el armario era pequeño. El olor de las tuberías era muy desagradable

Cons:

Nos adjudicaron una habitación en el cuarto piso, pero el ascensor llegaba hasta el tercer piso. Por suerte, nos ayudaron con las maletas.

Lovely experience
Pros:

I was travelling alone and I found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and bright. I have a gluten allergy and I was vevy well caterer for at breakfast. It was a lovely experience and I recommend this hotel. It is also very easy to get to St. Marks Square and a nice restaurant across from the hotel.

Great stay at a lovely hotel
Pros:

What lovely staff! So helpful and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Great air con and plenty of hot water. Good breakfast. Great location that is close to the centre and quiet overnight.

Cons:

First impressions were misleading. It’s a much nicer hotel than late night arrival indicated.

Pros:

Henkilökunta oli superystävällistä. Saimme eväät lentokentälle, koska lähdimme lentokentälle ennen aamiaistarjoilua. Huoneissa oli vanhaa-aikaa henkivä sisustus ja huone oli siisti. Sijainti oli hyvä, kävelymatka vesibussiasemalle, josta pääsi lentokentälle.

Cons:

Sadepäivänä oli hotellissa viileä, koska lämmitys oli jo laitettu pois päältä (kesäaika). Mutta lienee yleinen tapa Italiassa. Hyvä hotelli, hinta-laatusuhde kohdillaan ja majoittuisin uudelleenkin.
