Nice hotel but take the bigger room size
Pros:

The location was great. Reception was firendly and helpful, the parking was spacious.

Cons:

We booked the smallest roomsize 18m2. If we would have known its like this we would have booked bigger size. My recommendation is to put clearer pictures of this room category so that you know what you’re signing up for or pay extra for bigger room. Bathroom floor gets full wet after taking a shower.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Hotelkette hat hat ein "ökologisches Sparprogramm" aufgelegt, was wir grundsätzlich unterstützen. Ein gutes Beispiel sind Mülleimerleerung und Handtuchnutzung. Ärgerlich war es, dass aufgrund dieses Sparprogramms unser Zimmer nicht mehr beachtet wurde, so dass wir Abfälle Toilettenpapier und schmutzige Wäsche immer wieder bei der Rezeption melden mussten. Diese Geschäftspolitik als ökologisch zu verkaufen, ist frech und bei den Zimmerpreisen nicht akzeptabel.

Pros:

from the welome at reception, little room gift as 'guest of the day', spacious room....everything exceeded all expectations - a big wow!
