Güzel bir otel, ancak geldiğimizde bize çok ufak, levabosu odanın içinde garip bir oda verdiler, ancak 13.08.2026 günü resepsiyon görevlisi, benim tepkime çözümcül yaklaşarak4 yıldızlı otel konseptine yakışır iki oda ayarladı, kendisine profesyonelce tutumundan dolayı teşekkürlerimi ilettim, sizin aracılığınızla tekrar teşekkür ediyorum.

Wir bekamen als „special Guest“ ein komfortableres Zimmer. War sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Duschkabine in Badewanne integriert. Eigentlich gute Sache, doch uns ist aufgefallen, dass die Bewegungsfreiheit dadurch eingeschränkt ist und für ältere Menschen nicht so einfach ist. Selbst für uns 68 und65 alt😉

Kein Urlaubshotel
Pros:

Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und ein kraftvoller Fön.

Cons:

Ich habe ein sehr kleines und enges Zimmer vorgefunden. Vergleichbar mit einer Schiffskajüte. Für zwei Personen im Prinzip schon nicht zu empfehlen.

Dusche und Toilette sind in einem Miniraum untergebracht. Der Waschbereich/Waschtisch wurde ins Zimmer in den Flurbereich (!) verlagert.

Es gibt keine Trocknungsmöglichkeit für benutzte Handtücher.

Der Zimmer-Kühlschrank war leer und ohne Funktion.

Zimmerreinigung nur auf expliziten Wunsch.

Der Fahrstuhl im Hotel fällt gerne mal aus und muss neu gebootet werden.

Fazit: Ein Hotel, das für maximal zwei Übernachtungen geeignet ist, weil es absolut null zum Verweilen einlädt und über den Status einer hässlich-funktionalen Bettenburg nicht hinauskommt. Da ist es dann auch egal, dass die Lage ebenfalls kein Burner und die Bezeichnung Stadtmitte durchaus diskussionswürdig ist.

steden trip gemaakt Hannover,Berlijn,Hamburg allemaal NH Hotel prima
Pros:

we werden vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen een uitgebreide uitleg over de omgeving. De omgeving viel ons tegen zeker omdat dit de mooiste buurt van Hamburg zou zijn, Overal waren de huizen en gebouwen volledig onder de graffiti gekalkt.

Cons:

We kwamen aan toen het regende dat was al pech want de parkeerplaats was bovenop een plateau .Om bij de achteringang van het hotel te komen moest je de eerste steile helling af en daarna een nog steilere helling af om beneden te komen en dat allemaal met je koffers, geen succes. Aan de voorkant van het hotel binnenkomen was ook geen optie want ook daar was een trapje bij de ingang en geen normale hoofdingang . We hebben daar wat over gezegd toen we na 3 nachten weggingen en er werd ons verteld dat ze gingen renoveren maar ze vertelde ook dat de voorkant van de gemeente was en daar niets veranderd kon worden. Aan de achterkant was ook totaal geen ruimte voor uitbreiding dus dat verhaal klopte niet. Dit is beslist geen hotel voor mensen met een beetje loopproblemen. Voor de rest prima hotel.

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sauberes und modernes Hotel mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre und guter zentraler Lage. Sehr freundliches Team,besonders auch im Frühstücksbereich.
Es steht ein leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstück zur Verfügung,für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei.

Cons:

Unangenehm war,dass das Wasser in der Dusche nicht abgelaufen ist. Auch nach Bescheid geben,war das Problem leider weiterhin vorhanden.
Das Zimmerpersonal hat aber sein bestes gegeben und die Dusche immer akkurat gereinigt und händisch trockengelegt
