L’emplacement

Cons:

Le service de chambre, le personnel, la chambre ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Les serviettes, les draps et la couette ne sont pas changer, le rangement est catastrophique, le mini bar pas d’eau dedans.
Le personnel est désagréable (Réception et restauration).
Si vous n’avait pas la peau blanche n’y allez pas on ne vous dira même bonjour et on vous parlera comme de la merde.
On demande de l’eau ils font semblent de ne pas comprendre.
Je ne comprends pas les 4 étoiles…
Juste avant on était à un hôtel à Turin c’était un 3 étoiles et il était incroyable comparer celui ci…
Donc franchement ils en vaut pas la peine du tout garder votre argent et passer votre chemin.
