Oceania Hotel was exceeding our expectations!!What an amazing experience we had!!The location is fantastic!!The guys in the front desk were amazing!!Even they upgraded us to the most amazing room in front of the hotel with a big balcony
The place is spotless clean, the bed linens are crisp and the shower room is spectacular!!!

The staff were very unhelpful and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I wanted to pay cash but they charged my card saved when booking and told me I wouldn’t be charged. When I showed them the transaction had cleared out my account and was no longer just pending they just shrugged their shoulders and didn’t care. I found them very ignorant and inexperienced with no regards for good customer service
