Location and cleanliness
Great breakfast
The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were extremely happy to help you in any way
The breakfast was excellent, so much choice!
Location perfect, 5 minutes from the old town, shops and train and bus stations.
The only reason it didn’t get 10/10 was that it would benefit from an extractor fan in the bathrooms.
Nice hotel in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful especially the young man that worked in the afternoon.
Everything was good
Convenient, very clean room and wonderful staff. Loved the retro decorations added to a modern style. It was 5 minutes walk to the train/bus station and just a few minutes walk to old town attractions and the lake. We loved our stay in Annecy.
Nothing
Great location! Very close to the train and bus station. It was also about a 10 minute walk to the lake and was close to the old town and walking streets. Lots of restaurants close by. The room was comfortable and quiet, despite being close to the train station. The morning breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Helpful front desk staff. Highly recommend .
N/A
Really helpful staff, 10 mins walk to castle. Secure parking.

Chambre propre, lit confortable
The property is right in the heart of Annecy, close to the old, the lake and the main bus and railway station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was excellent and great value considering the high standards.
The rooms are quite compact but that is an observation and not a criticism.
Cleanliness of hotel was excellent. Location was excellent.
Communal coffee machine was only available after 1pm. Maybe could have been available once breakfast service was finished.
Bel hôtel bien placé
