Deco des chambres , entrée chaleureuse , personnelle accueillent petite déjeuner copieux, propreté des chambres, et de l' ensemble de l' hôtel , et propreté des extérieurs.

We had breakfast every day and it was very well supplied with a great selection of fresh food to suit everyone. I loved the additional supply of coffee and treats which was available free from 1pm until 9pm. That was a special touch.
Whilst we are both mobile, it might have been an issue if we could not go up and down the steps into our bathroom! Also, the owner should consider an extractor fan in the bathroom for both smell and humidity.
Het hotel heeft een top ligging t.o.v. het meer en de oude binnenstad. De kamers zijn niet groot maar zijn comfortabel en zien er fris en modern uit. Er is airco. De parkeergarage (waar je wel voor moet betalen, €14,- per nacht) is ideaal wanneer je Annecy per auto bezoekt. Het ontbijt is prima met volop vers fruit. Wat ons betreft verdient het hotel 4**** Op de foto links van het hotel de parkeergarage.
Ventilatie in de badkamer ontbreekt waardoor het langer vochtig blijft na het douchen.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage mitten in Annecy. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel vorhanden. Freundliches Personal.

Spotless hotel, central enough for everything in Annecy, really handy for the train station. Breakfast had everything you could need, smart TV in room so able to cast phone onto TV. Aircon and bed made for a good nights sleep. Good bathroom. The bedroom itself was small but functional. Was able to leave our luggage at the hotel both on arrival and departure day.
No tea and coffee facilities in the room. There is a machine on the 1st landing and its only available certain hours. If your morning or bedtime routine involves a hot drink, you can't get one other than to go down for breakfast early. This was the most frustrating part of the whole stay.
Only other negative was they did not replace the shower gel each day, or any day...We were there 3 nights and got 2 little shower gels between us..We could probably have asked at reception for more but who wants to get dressed 1st thing in the morning to go down to ask for shower gel. ended up just using the hand soap.
Super zentrale Lage, nahe Bahnhof, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit Melonen und vielen anderen Früchten, Eiern, grosse Auswahl an köstlichen Käsesorten, verschiedene frische Baguette, Tee, Kaffe, Säfte alles top!
