la posizione, molto centrale e facilmente raggiungibile in auto

Cons:

l'arredamento datato, la moquette che ricopre tutti i pavimenti (decisamente non adatto per soggetti allergici), lo staff poco collaborativo. Abbiamo prenotato per tre persone, all'arrivo ci hanno dato una doppia e solo dopo hanno montato un brandina semiarrugginita... Per usare il parcheggio dell'Hotel chiedevano di bloccare 100€ sulla carta, che avrebbero restituito alla partenza...

Très bon premier contact avec la ville de Grenoble.
Pros:

la situation géographique dans l'hypercentre à proximité du tramway, des commerces et des restaurants est très appréciable. Le personnel très accueillant fait le maximum pour satisfaire ses clients. Très bon petit déjeuner

La décoration, notamment la moquette fait un peu démodée sans altérer le confort.

Personnel disponible, accueillant et souriant. Petit-déjeuner varié, avec une amplitude horaire très appréciable. L’hôtel bénéficie d’une situation idéale en plein centre-ville, très pratique pour découvrir la ville à pied.

Cons:

La climatisation mériterait d’être plus performante. En période de forte chaleur, et notamment lors d’une canicule, elle peine vraiment à rafraîchir suffisamment la chambre. C’est un point à prendre en compte pour les personnes qui supportent difficilement la chaleur.
