Lovely reception staff and very helpful.. room once upgraded was nice .

Cons:

The first room was too warm and when had a fan on top of ac as ac was not cooler enough, after turning fan on lots of dust appeared. It can from top of wardrobe. Requested housekeeping to vacuum and clean.. room to hot. So staff offered another room upgraded. Slightly cooler an bd bigger but e we had to pay more for it...
So disappointed that most French hotels all control AC temp and fan volume... doesn't consider people with medical conditions or menopausal women... discriminates
Then unfortunately they had repairs with a water leak so all the hotel had water shut down for about 4 hrs. No water, toilet refilling and we had to buy own water.. would have thought the hotel would supply some water bottles to each room.. then when it came back in, power went out for about 1.5hrs so no cooling. No compensation was given which surprised its due to servicess not being available for ḥrs and in such terrible heat conditions... not great service there.... but staff friendly and helpful to what they could. First room very small. 2nd room we paid extra for after being cleaned was bigger.

Personale gentile, buona colazione, camera ampia, letti comodi. Bagno pulito e comodo. Buona posizione. Il parcheggio dell'hotel abbastanza vicino e riparato. Checkin e checkout semplice.

Une très belle adresse au cœur de Grenoble
Pros:

Chambre agréable et spacieuse. Literie très confortable Petit déjeuner riche et varié avec des produits de qualité. Personnel particulièrement aimable, disponible et très professionnel. Situation de l'hôtel très pratique pour circuler à pied. Transport en commun à proximité.

Cons:

La possibilité d'avoir accès à un parking privé avec un tarif avantageux à proximité est précieuse, l'accès et le stationnement n'y sont pas aisé selon la taille du véhicule.
