Definitely room service needed for late night. At least for snacks or drinks through rooms

Clean and large size of room. Great location. Pool area was good size very clean, glass of prosseco for breakfast,

Cons:

There is no room service late evening. If you need any drink or ice or glasses you need to go down stairs and ask lobby bar. There is a cafe bar under the hotel. Has one access to bar from lobby bar side. We wanted to order bottle of wine, glasses and bucket of ice and reception told us to ask this cafe bar. They tried to give me ice in plastic bin bag and told me to bring back wine glasses in the morning. I paid €25 for bottle of wine and insisted to ask proper wine cooler of course. They didn’t let me try the wine. End of it in the morning i gave back more then half bottle of wine to them. I paid €25 for rubbish. Staff wasn’t helpful. Hotel management should make this clear is this bar belongs to hotel or not.

Hôtel magnifique 4 étoiles tout confort, 2 piscines, sauna, etc. Chambre au design moderne, garde de nuit, personnel vraiment professionnel, piscine sur le toit avec bar et de nombreux transats, magnifique vue sur la mer. Hôtel très élégant, un séjour inoubliable à l'hôtel Vivaldi.
