Temizlik yeterli değildi. Odalarda cam olmaması klima da yeterli oda hava temizliğini vermiyor.
Pleasant front of house staff, however booking in took a long time. Room and bathroom very clean. Good amenities for bathroom and tea/coffee excellent
Very small discount for a single room, which looked out to a wall directly opposite, no view whatsoever. Shame as being a solo traveller taking a coffee and looking at the view is pretty important as no-one to talk to when you’re on your own. Didn’t like resting in the room, bit dismal.
The location was very good. Tram at the front door enabled us to do and see much more than we would have otherwise.
The noise. When I booked I imagined a great view over the canal, the perfect end to a long period of travelling.
What we got was a room over the square with people yelling, partying, drinking, and on some nights protests and other unsavoury behaviour.

There was a lot of confusion at the front desk. When we got there early in the morning. We were told we would be texted when our room was ready. And that never happened. Then, when we got back to the hotel to check-in, they couldn't find us. So it was kind of a cluster

NH Caransa is on central to restaurants, bars, shops. If you love being right in the midst of the action, this is the perfect location. We had views of the Rembrandtplein from our room.
Staff are so pleasant and welcoming, provided support throughout our stay, asked for feedback which we appreciated and it really helped create a lovely relaxed stay for us.
Breakfast was well laid out and had items we would select at home. My favourite: spinach, tomatoes, avocado, scrambled eggs with sourdough bread. Great selection of nuts and fruit.
Housekeeping staff were kind and we had a lovely chat.
Hotel feels safe, even during the night.
Tram stop right outside the hotel, perfect for connections to other areas.
We didn't calculate how busy the weekend would be, and didn't appreciate that Amsterdam is alive and kicking all day and all night. Windows could do with being triple glazed to reduce the noise.
