Great hotel would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Great location with easily walkable restaurants. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Very practical location with on the whole good staff.
Pros:

The location and large parking in Waterloo centre very useful . Reception cordial, helpful.
Our bedroom facing west was bright with large windows.

Cons:

The restaurant lead staff could have a friendlier approach at dinner time. The next door rooms could be heard speaking/coughing.

Calme, chambre propre, mais peu de choix... Dans l'ensemble, c'était bien

Cons:

J'ai réservé une chambre pour une nuit au prix de 195 €, et le lendemain, j'ai dû payer 250 €... Pour ces 195 €, le petit-déjeuner pour deux personnes était compris (mais il était pratiquement inexistant)... Vers la fin, une dame chargée de l'accueil nous a demandé si nous voulions autre chose, qu'elle pouvait nous préparer )-, parking assuré par l'établissement et gratuit... je n'ai rien trouvé de tel, j'ai dû me garer quelque part derrière l'hôtel, et de là, j'ai dû déplacer ma voiture une nouvelle fois car je gênais la sortie...

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

Convenient location very close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking space and well maintained garden. Comfortable room and spacious bathroom. Good breakfast with reasonable choice.

Cons:

Sliding glass door of bathroom was heavy and difficult to move. Hotel's own restaurant was closed for dinner that day, although we were initially informed it was open and were hoping to eat there.
