Pros:

Frokosten var ok. Personalet var ærlige om at hotellets parkering ikke var det billigste alternativet.

Cons:

Toalettet var ikke skikkelig rengjort, det lå igjen et langt hår. Matten til å legge på gulvet på baderommet var våt.

Pros:

Location, staff and the food were excellent.

Cons:

The room was far too warm and AC system was not able to ventilate the system good enough.

Pros:

Das Frühstück ist hervorragend !
Die Auswahl ist wirklich riesig und das 1. mal hat auch der Kaffee in Norwegen gut geschmeckt .

Cons:

Die Außenfassade ist renovierungsbedürftig .

Misfornøyd med oppholdet og servicen
Pros:

Beliggenheten var god.

Cons:

Oppholdet på hotellet varte i to netter, men opplevelsen var dessverre ikke tilfredsstillende.

Vannet fra springen hadde en gulaktig farge og virket ikke rent. Dette ble dessverre først oppdaget på den andre dagen av oppholdet.

I tillegg var en av de ansatte lite hjelpsom. Selv om han smilte, gjentok han bare det samme svaret flere ganger når spørsmål ble stilt, i stedet for å forsøke å gi en ordentlig forklaring eller hjelp. Oppførselen virket heller ikke særlig imøtekommende eller vennlig overfor gjestene, noe som gjorde situasjonen ubehagelig og ga et dårlig inntrykk.

Generelt levde opplevelsen ikke opp til standarden som forventes av et hotellopphold, særlig med tanke på vannkvaliteten og servicen.

Det er å håpe at disse forholdene blir tatt på alvor og forbedret, slik at fremtidige gjester kan få en bedre opplevelse.
