Pros:

The only good things are that the hotel is really close to the bus station and the colectivo, and the AC actually works

Cons:

The welcome was pretty disappointing. A young guy was at the reception and he spoke zero English. I understand that Mexico is a Spanish-speaking country, but if you work with tourists, you should know at least some basic English. On top of that, he was pretty rude and had a bad attitude.

I got a key for the room, but honestly, it seems pretty pointless because you can’t lock the door from the outside. From inside, you can only lock it with a button.

The bathroom was really dirty and the towels were in terrible condition. The room was also noisy and very hot.

El la recepcionista fue amable y ayudo a gestionar la cancelación de la reserva.

Cons:

Mencionan que tiene estacionamiento, cuando únicamente tiene 4 cajones y son para autos pequeños.

La habitación que me toco, la cama se hundía, la cortina del baño sucia, oxidada los aros de la cortina, había mosquitos y la tv no era smart.

Lamentablemente cancele la reserva porque no me gusto el hotel y por el mismo precio consegui otro.

Super Lage, direkt an der Busstation und im Zentrum, wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit 3 Doppelbetten zu dritt!
