In accordance with local tax regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreign guests staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional 18% tax. To be exempt from this additional charge (IGV), guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport. Both documents are required to qualify for the exemption. If either document is not presented, the corresponding tax must be paid.
Foreign guests traveling for business who request a printed invoice must also pay this additional 18%, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This amount is not automatically included in the total reservation cost.
Children:
Children aged 4 to 11 stay free of charge when sharing a bed with one or two adults; they are only required to pay for breakfast.
Pets:
Guests may stay with their dog (pet), provided they comply with the admission policies. An additional fee of USD 38 per pet per night applies (taxes not included). Only one pet per room is allowed. Reservations must be requested at least 2 days in advance.
Only pets weighing up to 18 kg are permitted. At check-in, guests must present certificates issued by a licensed veterinarian (or competent authority) confirming that the pet has been vaccinated and dewormed within the last 6 months.
In accordance with Peruvian law, potentially dangerous breeds such as American Pitbull, Dogo, Rottweiler, Doberman, among others, are not allowed. Only dogs are permitted, and food and water bowls are available on loan.
For guide dogs, guests must present a certificate issued by CONADIS (or the relevant authority) confirming the need for assistance. If this certification is not provided, the corresponding pet fee will apply.
Pets may not be left alone in the room.

Gutes Frühstück in herrschaftlichem Gebäude, Stil wurde bewusst auf alt gehalten, in Außenanlage mehrere Tiere (Alpaka, Schildkröten), zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum möglich, eigener Parkplatz, großes Zimmer, ruhige städtische Lage

La ducha es horrible muy poca agua, tardas mucho en aclarar el jabón. Las instalaciones necesitan una renovación. El servicio de bar en la piscina es deficiente ya que te cobran 12 por una coca cola por lo menos deberían traer un vaso con hielo y limón no venir y dejarte una botella y tener que beber a motor. No recogen las toallas hasta la noche

A lovely hotel in a great location. Attentive staff from arrival to check out. We could not have asked for more! Service at poolside dining for a large group at lunchtime was excellent, and we were superbly & professionally looked after by Daniel.

Only stayed one night and was glad that is all it was. The check in process was honestly a joke, we had a group of us staying so all our passport details were sent beforehand - yet the hotel insisted on doing them again. When we were showed to our room, I am not sure when the hotel was last updated but wow they need to one look into this and the cleanliness. I didn't want to walk around the room without shoes on. The location and noise level were fine. We ordered room service as we had been travelling and wanted an early night, as we were flying home the following day we opted for Pizza and chips as assumed that was unlikely to be bad. It was disgusting. I really thought this would be amazing but unfortunately very disappointing.

This hotel is luxury pure. It has all the amenities of a five star but gives the aura of a boutique hotel. It has style, the breakfast is great, the service is superb and you can hang around in front of a pool to tank up before heading into the Andes. The location is also perfect for exploring the old town of Arequipa, and then resting later with a Pisco Sour amidst plenty of green
