This is certainly the best place to stay in Puno at around. It’s not in the center, but ten minutes away (US$5) by taxi. The rooms are nice, very clean and well maintained. For some logistical reasons, we staid both sides and preferred the east side. The breakfast is awesome, the service exceptional, notably Milagros, who was always ready to assist us at any time of the day (even to order a reliable taxi when we were in town).
Die Lage ist einzigartig für Puno, weg vom Trubel der Stadt selbst. Ausflugsboot kann direkt im Hotel gebucht werden und fährt vom hauseigenen Steg ab. Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr gut, auch die Bar ist ganz nett. Freundliches Personal. Rundweg auf der Insel möglich, man kann Vögel und Alpakas beobachten, auch der Andenfuchs wurde gesehen.
Im Zimmer und überhaupt im ganzen Hotel ist es kalt, man muss sich warm anziehen. Im Zimmer wurde es erst nach längerer Zeit und extra Heizkörper warm, die Hauptheizung ist jedoch untertags nicht einschaltbar.
Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en goede bedden. Daarbij was het ontbijt ontzettend goed en uitgebreid.
Het was geen groot struikelblok maar je zag hier en daar dat het hotel wat onderhoud nodig had. In de douche zat bijvoorbeeld een plafondplaat los en was vergaan. De kraan in de badkamer lekte.

Beautifully located hotel on the side of the lake with stunning views. Incredible massage at the spa and the perfect location to access the lake with private jetty. Comfortable rooms and staff very friendly and helpful and especially Renzo in the restaurant.
Absolutely loved Lorena in the restaurant. Always greeted us with a smile, remembered what we liked, and anticipated our requests before even having to ask.

Keine Heizung oder Heizkörper für die Zimmer vorhanden. Selbst ei grosser Kamin in der Bar wird nicht angezündet. Extrem wenig Beleuchtung. Da will ein desolates Management sparen!

Nice rooms, if a little dated. Great large beds with lovely bed linen. Great location on the edge of the lake. Wonderful breakfast and a fantastic gluten free corner. Nice dinner in the restaurant on an evening.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer wurde der Eingang direkt im Foyer lag. Man konnte sehr gut die Leute aus dem Foyer hören.
Beautiful hotel with excellent views and amenities. We especially enjoyed our waiter. RENZO who provided us with superior service.
