Personally had problems with check in not giving a receipt at the desk. Then confronted at check out

No breakfast provided but stove and pan provided unlike other hotels .

Cons:

We booked our hotel stay with Booking.com, when we got there the front desk staff member said they didn’t have our room anymore since the people in our room extended their stay. We had already paid for our room. They said we could call their sister hotel down the road. There was also poop on the carpet in the stairwell. Elevator didn’t work, and we could smell weed in the hallway.

This location exceeded our expectations!! One of the best hotels I've stayed in.
Pros:

We were both delighted with the quality of our room! It was clean, comfortable and spacious. All staff members were very kind and courteous. The check in/out process was simple and streamlined. Would definitely stay again!

Cons:

In the future, perhaps a few more utensils in the kitchen suite would be nice, but we were already pleasantly suprised there was glassware and a toaster! Also our room did not have a hair dryer- that would have put it over the top. :)

Cons:

Understaffed, refrigerator didn’t work, crumbs, etc on chairs, tables, no paper towels, no pans/skillet, dishes left in dishwasher were not clean, only rinsed, carpets in room and hallways needed vacuumed. Maintenance man very helpful.
