Relaxing stay I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We actually stayed in a real suite

Big disappointment, will not go back.

Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The furniture was broken. The shower had no soap, mold on the ceiling, wall hanger fell off and had zip ties holding it up. Baseboard missing, shower bar for the shower curtain falling off the wall. Toilet would not flush and got backed up. Wallpaper missing from wall in lobby and water holes in ceiling tiles. Bugs in windows. Seats in room kitchen were dirty and falling apart.

I rate as a average and Poorly managed
Pros:

The Workers were friendly Chris and Cassie were very helpful.
The breakfast was average

Cons:

You would never have guessed this was a Hilton ran hotel.
No utensils no atm furniture torn rotten too few tv options no way to set the clock tvs outdated. no shears to open curtains and block others from looking in..
No handicap features had roaches the mangement did spray.
The elevator shook and bounced and made noises.

VERY GOOD STAY
Pros:

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT - YOU DO NOT FIND FRIENDLY YOUNG PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT OCCUPIED WITH THEIR CELL PHONES AND ARE WILLING TO HELP YOU GET WHAT YOU NEED. THE YOUNG MAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS GREAT WITH HELPING US WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.

Cons:

PARKING WAS A LITTLE SMALL BUT OVERALL EXPERIENCE WHAT VERY GOOD. I HAVE NO OTHER COMPLAINTS

The facility was great and met our needs.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The fresh fruit was past its peak time.

Cons:

The refrigerator in room 145 , the door opens the wrong way. Ice maker wasn’t working or wasn’t turned on. The pool seems great but the bedrooms on level one around the pool are very close. Kids and people were having a good time but they were screaming so loud. 10 pm seemed late. we had an early flight and couldn’t sleep until the pool closed.
