Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Prompt with requests and conveniently checked in via txting to make sure we had what we needed.

The amenities were very adequate and clean. Breakfast was awesome and the staff were polite, courteous and friendly.

Helpful staff

Good quality breakfast and - unlike all other similar motels we used - they did not use plastic cutlery and plates. Instead, they use proper, reusable ones.

We only booked for one night but would definitely stay there again. We had a 2 queen suite that had a double sleeper sofa. It was for 4 people but we needed seperate sleeping quarters for our daughter's boyfriend so this room fit the bill. The room had a kitchenette with full sized fridge. The room was very clean and no complaints about the bed comfort however, I could have slept on pretty much anything considering how tired I was. Stacey was amazing. Super sweet. Actually everyone that we encountered was kind and friendly. We did not eat breakfast but it runs til 10am. Pool is from 9a-11p. Pool is in its own building but connected at the same time. The pool building is hot but the pool was refreshing. 24 hour fitness center (did not use). Bathroom has conditioner and shampoo pumps but no body wash (bar soap at the sink for handwashing). Hair dryer.

Would definitely use this location again. Approximately 15 minutes from Busch Gardens and Water Country on July 4th after fireworks so other days may not be as bad.

There was so much room for me and my family. Such a clean place and very helpful staff. The breakfast is delicious.

Appreciated having options for our family and needing 3 beds. Check in was easy and Tony was helpful. The room is overall clean. The bathroom shower is a bit ick. The grout lines are pink and black and the caulk is yellowed. More attention to shower cleaning is recommended. The HVAC is loud. The breakfast was same old and never had butter and would run out of options with no one to find to ask for help.
It is close to restaurants and grocery stores and the highway and the road is full of hotel options

Clean comfortable facilities, friendly respectful staff

Overall stay was very nice. This was our second stay in two months. All the staff were great from Stacy at the front desk to the cleaning staff (room and breakfast area). Room was clean, no problems. Pool area was clean. Location very convenient to both Busch Gardens and Water Country as well as Colonial Williamsburg. The breakfast was just ok with limited selections of food and drinks, also Manager Reception only on Wednesday nights-DEFINITELY miss the "Old" Homewood suites. The HVAC was a bit difficult to control, but could live with it. There were no towels in the pool area at night. Had the walk to front desk and ask for some and person took quite awhile to get towels to us.
Overall I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Williamsburg.

First, Location Location Location. You can't beat it. So close to all the historic Colonial Williamsburg and College of William and Mary areas offer to visitors. We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with full kitchen which was so roomy, convenient and comfortable for 4 adults. The refrigerator and appliances are top rated for the exception of a spotty, temperamental coffee machine. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Considering all the kids running around the hotel, the noise level was also so quiet once tucked inside our bed with the bedroom door closed. LG TVs were next level quality (4K). Shower water pressure was fine (7 out of 10) but did not match the explosion that came out from our bathroom sink. Breakfast was surprisingly good especially the breakfast burritos offered on Friday morning. We skipped the Wednesday night manager wine and cheese reception and didn't realize we got charged 50 cents to offset this event cost until we read some fine print on our final bill. Management may want to rethink charging guests for this optional event. Altogether, what made this hotel so worthwhile to book again on our next visit to CW will be the staff. From the time you check-in until you hand them the keys to leave, they are so attentive and welcoming. Special recognition for our breakfast and front desk hostess, Michelle. She is pure sunshine who jump starts your day.

Excellent stay! Accommodated all of our needs for a group of 15. Location perfect to explore the area. Rooms are exceptionally nice and very clean. Would highly recommend especially for couples, small families and groups. Staff is amazing, fast check in and very helpful.

This was a very nice place to stay. The bed was comfortable, as were the couch & chairs. Everything was spotless, and it was quiet.

We came to visit Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens as an overnight school trip. We were greeted and taken care of by Stacy. She was professional, polite, courteous and had a vast range of knowledge of the area and its history. She is a true asset to the Homewood Suites by Hilton company.
The rooms were exceptionally clean and the students spent many evenings in the nice pool. The breakfast was great and the staff were all so polite and friendly.

AMAZING. I absolutely LOVED this hotel. Breakfast was delicious, staff were friendly, and room was clean! We especially loved the receptionist Stacy. She was amazing! Kid friendly, and just generally an amazing hotel. Absolutely recommend!

The staff, location, cleanliness, breakfast. It was an amazing stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this location or the staff. Not only is it centrally located to historical areas, but convenient if you are in town on business. The General Manager Kijana is both professional and personable. He is proud of this location and he should be! His staff are all friendly and genuine. The rooms were renovated and are nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. They have 18 suites at this location which are HIGE and could fit a family of 6 if need be. Highly recommend you book your next Williamsburg stay at this location.

My wife and I stayed for five days. The staff was consistently friendly, always greeting you with and a verbal hello, good morning, etc. They engaged and asked how you were doing. The food service was, with a varied menu consistently good. After we got ourselves into a scheduling snafu, the administrative staff bailed us out. We will visit again.

The fact that my wife and I had just left a totally different experience at another Hilton property in Virginia Beach had no impact on this review. Homewood Suites/Williamsburg is real.
