Room was a mess, looked like it was currently undergoing a renovation. Bathroom was disgusting, we would not shower.
Entire room was filthy and looked like a construction site.

The A/C was weak. Didn’t take the humidity out of the room
I stayed here on July 18 -19 2026. I checked in the day before with the mobil app, picked my room and requested the digital key. Upon arrival I couldn't find a luggage dolly because the hotel only has two and both were in use. The front desk was busy so I made my way to the third floor and to my surprise the digital key on the app read requested. I made my way downstairs and waited about twenty minutes to recieve my keys for the room and never did receive the digital key during our stay.
The room was clean but the outlets in the sink area needed replacement. The only issue I had was the toilet backed up and overflowed onto the floor one time during our stay. The water pressure wasn't great and unlike most Hiltons this unit didn't have a walk in shower only a tub and shower combo, maybe because it was a Homewood Suites. Our stay was fairly quiet except for the fire alarm going off in the afternoon. Sometimes we smelled mamajuana walking in the halls of the hotel. I didn't get to the pool but I did eat breakfast, and I have to say it wasn't bad, lots of options.
The location of the hotel is very convenient with abundance of shopping and restaurants to choose from and the total bill for two nights was $388.30. Overall an aveage hotel, a bit pricey in my opinion but definitely not the worst hotel I have stayed in.

Soft beds not good for old body
Tired building, little attention to maintenance. Detached baseboards. Scuffed furniture, stained tub, partially clogged faucet, sloppy caulk, musty smell, poor water pressure, poor industrial lighting. Windows don’t open. Don’t bother eating breakfast at hotel. OTOH Will was kind and very helpful on arrival and staff we interacted with were trying. Pe ably won’t stay here again at this price point.
Moldy chicken wing on the floor under the desk. Who knows how many times they’ve missed that…so who knows what else they aren’t cleaning. Gross.

Great staff. We had a one bedroom with a sofa bed that was broken and it was immediately changed to suite next door. Brought sheets and pillow and extra towels
