Exceptional location, walking distance to many good restaurants, and stadium.
Pros:

Valet service great. Bellman storing our luggage so helpful. Staff at breakfast super welcoming and fast . Checkin and out quick and easy. Location great for walking to stadium and restaurants

Cons:

The small pancakes at breakfast were chewy.

Pros:

Room was nice. Breakfast was a bit expensive, but my wife enjoyed it. Location is convenient.

Cons:

Food prices were high. Mattress was lumpy. No free parking. I get it's in a city, and I didnt read the details well enough. I live in Charleston, SC and typically I do not visit establishments that do not provide parking. I will read details more closely and avoid hotels such as this in the future.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

This hotel is very conveniently located. I found it quiet and comfortable and excellent value for money. The room was large and comfy and the bed was excellent. The breakfast was very good and the service at breakfast was exceptionally friendly. Loved the sitting area outside with the beautiful tree in the middle.

Cons:

The check in experience was not very welcoming or friendly.

Absolutely not worth the high price tag!
Pros:

The location is great. There are shops and stores very accessible. The staff was exceptionally polite.

Cons:

The breakfast was paltry. At $300/night I would expect far more options. There were no green or salad options and very limited vegan options. Additionally, the only beverage available on the buffet was orange juice. Hugely disappointed.

Clean, positive and smooth stay
Pros:

The entire experience while staying at the Charlotte Hilton Uptown was great! From check in to check out I experienced positive customer service and support. Armaan went above and beyond to support our valley experience while staying at the facility and made sure that myself as well as coworkers did not wait very long to get our vehicle to start a work day. Thank you for providing such great service!
