I’m glad I chose this place to stay a night near RDU. I’d recommend it for short stays.
Pros:

Great proximity to RDU, the on-demand shuttle Is nice, and the rooms are decent. There’s always hot water immediately and plenty of coffee/water in the lobby. Also it’s great that it’s a pet-friendly facility

Cons:

The showers are really narrow and it was extremely hard to move and adjust the shower head.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else based on this experience.
Pros:

It was just mediocre service all the way around.

Cons:

The desk clerk did not properly check us in. He took our card, gave us the coded card for room entry, yet markedus as a "no show". Therefore, at 9:30 when we were in bed, we were startled when another family entered our room with a keyed card, flipped on the light, and discovered their room was occupied. Such a frightening experience! I do feel that we need another night or 2 awarded to us for this terrible experience. It was frightening for both the guest entering the room and us.
