Expected more from Hilton Cupertino
Pros:

Very nice entrance. Couches, newspaper, fireplace, bar & tables. Bar tender very congenial at evening visit.

Cons:

Only one elevator working, long waits. Rooms small for the price of over $250/ night. Only one chair in room & no couch. Very plain white room. Stairs were at far end of Inn. Long walks to room. Charged me $22 for simple ordinary self serve breakfast that should have been free. No EV Charging station or even one close. Wouldn't make change for a $100 bill. Had to go to front desk to get a bottle opener. $5.00 for a candy bar.

Great room, location but Pool should be upgraded .
Pros:

Suite was great, very comfortable and great space. Very high ceilings made it even more spacious. Perfect split for both both work and stay. Gym was also quite good. Location right by Apple Park so very handy for meetings.

Cons:

Pool was not great as is was obvious it was not greatly maintained. Not very welcoming and paint was falling off . Not great as I booked hotel with that in mind.

Cons:

Jacuzzi not warm. Jets not working. Breakfast was not included. Because of the disappointment about jacuzzi. The waiter did offer breakfast because I did think breakfast was included and told him about disappointment about jacuzzi which was my reason for going to the location.

Pros:

En general me gusto todo. Esta serca del freeway 280, el cuarto muy acogedor y el personal muy amiable, a mi familia y en lo personal nos gusto, definitivamente regresaremos otra vez. Gracias Hilton.

Pros:

The room was nice, and I liked my name on both of the TVs in the room when I arrived.

Cons:

The extra towels and pillows I wanted weren't sent to my room as I requested. We needed to ask a second time late when we arrived back. Also, there were no robes. We could have used robes in the room.
