Pros:

The room was nice, and I liked my name on both of the TVs in the room when I arrived.

Cons:

The extra towels and pillows I wanted weren't sent to my room as I requested. We needed to ask a second time late when we arrived back. Also, there were no robes. We could have used robes in the room.
