Nice hotel great location

Cons:

Room down the hall had a water leak. Staff were working on it and had many large fans to dry it out. They offered to move us away from the area but we were all ready settled in.

Expected more from our stay
Pros:

Clean, location is good

Cons:

We could not open our door to the terrace as the hook got stuck (stiff). We had to ask for technical help. Also the bug screen was not installed properly and it was not closing the door - we could not let fresh air in.

Lovely, comfortable and friendly.
Pros:

Good location. The hotel has a gym and a pool which we were free to use. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We could have done with a safe in the room.
