Terrific
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was amazing.

Cons:

Wishbone could have used the spa as it was full of kids even at later evenings hours

Pleasant!
Pros:

The facility was clean, staff were very accommodating, parking was great, the pool/ hot tub area was great. The fitness room was large and well equipped.

Cons:

The room lighting is poor. The closet is not designed for multiple guests in a room.

I loved that it was close to every thing we wanted to do and more!

Cons:

I didn’t like that we had to walk outside of the hotel to walk over to the front desk. I also did not like that breakfast was not included. With what was charged, you’d think they’d include breakfast or at least charge a decent price for it.

Amazing property and staff
Pros:

This is a beautiful property with excellent staff . Everyone working there are extremely helpful, polite and beautiful people. I forgot my earrings in the room and checked out of the hotel. However, the two ladies at the front desk Ranji and I don’t remember other lady’s name. They both were so helpful to me and special thanks to the guy who checked us in . I would definitely come back here whenever I visit Monterey. 💕 love you all

Pros:

The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The general manager went above and beyond. I had several boxes of medical supplies delivered to the hotel before I arrived. When we checked in I asked where they were. I planned on moving them via dolly as usual. Instead the general manager came out and said she'd be glad to help. I really appreciated that after traveling over seven hours.

Pros:

otelin lokasyonu cok iyi.. merkezin hemen dısında ama aracla cok yakın. odalar temiz.. hilton'un standart kalitesini yansıtıyor.

Cons:

otel büyük. resepsiyon odalara uzak. valizi alıp check-in yaptıktan sonra odanın yerini öğrendik. aynı valizleri tekrar arabaya koyduk ve odamıza gectik.. ayrıca dikkat ettiğim kadarıyla resepsiyona cıkarken valizleri cekeceğiniz bir rampa yok.. muhtemelen asansör vardı biz görmedik

Would better stay as short as possible in the hotel room.
Pros:

Clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

noise from the pool: all rooms are facing the pool that made noise even after it was closed, guess from pool system cleaning; and noise from the next door was so clear. The shower and tap water flow was very weak, feeling like the water couldn’t wash away the foam of the shampoo. Our room is above the laundry room, so for the whole morning it was filled with the waste air from laundry.

The pool area was very nice especially at night with the fire on. Also Lisa can stay in yr pool until late which was a bonus
