I called front desk, seemed the lady was rushed and wanted to cut off the conversation.
Property looks very dated and smells humid.

Nice and restful place
Pros:

A quick one night to support friends event in nearby Detroit. Room, view, and location was terrific. Guest services were terrific. I left drivers license at desk and they quickly called me back. Everything first class.

Hotel very well located, on the waterfront, the room had a beatiful view.
but we had problems with the oilet that did not flush all the time and the sink took minutes before emptying.
The hotel is old and would need renovations.

The River Room Restaurant, on the second floor, offers 5 Star gourmet, fine dining, morning to late night. The view of the Detroit River, from my room, was beautiful!;!
