Beautiful area
The room was only cleaned once but it wasn’t cleaned fully. Dirty towels were left in the room and only one bed was fixed there was just a piece of paper on the bed so it could have gotten fixed.
The staff is amazing and the location is great.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but I am used to a sleep number bed.
The place is clean
geliefert was zugesagt, der dame am empfang war das handy wichtiger als die gäste. zimmer war 16:00 uhr nicht fertig, obwohl 15:00 uhr als zeit angegeben war.

The cleanliness of the property and the room. Also, a well stocked guest market, with a copious amount of selections.
The room door was very hard to close, which made my daughter and I uncomfortable about being too loud. Also, the cleaning staff didn’t communicate effectively with each other after we decided to extend our stay. After paying and having our keys re-keyed, the maids entered the room and additional 2 times without the items my daughter and I requested. Lastly, we had to ask the front desk staff for missing accommodations.
