Pros:

geliefert was zugesagt, der dame am empfang war das handy wichtiger als die gäste. zimmer war 16:00 uhr nicht fertig, obwohl 15:00 uhr als zeit angegeben war.

Lovely
Pros:

The cleanliness of the property and the room. Also, a well stocked guest market, with a copious amount of selections.

Cons:

The room door was very hard to close, which made my daughter and I uncomfortable about being too loud. Also, the cleaning staff didn’t communicate effectively with each other after we decided to extend our stay. After paying and having our keys re-keyed, the maids entered the room and additional 2 times without the items my daughter and I requested. Lastly, we had to ask the front desk staff for missing accommodations.

Pros:

convenience of location was not too far from where we were needing to be, but it was not secure and homeless encampment was less than a block away leaving us feel not secure with parking our vehicle in the lot.

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty. So when we had to wipe off the counter and front of our counter ourselves it made us question the cleanliness of the rest of the room.
