Fabulous stay
Pros:

Everything!! Especially the pool area and duck pond!! Breakfast buffet was worth every penny.

Cons:

Small issue with outdoor bar not open when we'd swim at 7... Pool is open till 10

Adapté pour un séjour en famille à Montréal.
Pros:

L'emplacement, le petit déjeuner, le personnel du petit déjeuner, le confort des lits, le calme.

Cons:

La qualité déplorable du room-service (commande livrée avec 1heure de retard sur l'heure initialement prévue, commande incomplète, nourriture de piètre qualité et très mauvaise gestion de la personne contactée à la réception), robinet qui fuit dans la salle de bain, hôtel qui commence à vieillir.

Beautiful location! Loved the pool and that the pool is open longer than most hotels (7am-10/11pm). Great customer service. Delicious food.

Absolument splendide, à refaire bientôt!
Pros:

L'aménagement paysager était très impressionnant et tout simplement magnifique. La chambre était splendide avec une très belle vue sur la verdure intérieure. Les installations, comme le coin piscine, la salle de sport, le restaurant, les bars et les aires communes étaient superbes. Le service était d'autre part très sympathique et accueillant. Les aires communes étaient calmes et très confortables.

Cons:

Le parking était quand même assez dispendieux. Les machines à café pour les clients étaient brisées et/ou défectueuses. Par ailleurs, un des employés de la piscine, présent le matin de notre séjour, a été plutôt bête avec nous lorsqu'on lui a posé une simple question.

Excellent hotel in the city center, pool, but the pool was almost always occupied. I recommend it if you're planning a weekend in Montreal.
