It’s very family friendly so fun to relax in the pool and hot tubs loved it will for sure come back again

Séjour agréable dans un hôtel bien situé qui n’est cependant pas au top de son potentiel

L’emplacement est parfait et l’aménagement extérieur est très beau

Cons:

L’hôtel a besoin de rénovations. L’hôtel est un peu vieillot ce qui rend le rapport qualité prix pas très fameux.

Beautiful city hotel with excellent accommodations, too popular with conventions & bachelor parties
Pros:

Breakfast is good but not exceptional, bed was comfy if you like firm. King room is small but we'll designed and has a nice shower, and mini fridge. Good location near metro and convenient parking. The year round heated rooftop pool and hot tub was a big part of my choice and the amenities are great. There are duck ponds with peaceful spots to relax in the middle of the city!

Cons:

The year round heated rooftop pool and hot tub was a big part of my choice and the staff allows bachelor parties to take over the hot tub all day until the water stinks. 12 guys using it like a foot bath for 5 hours, drinking beer and never leaving to use the toilet? No thanks... we got some use of the tub until those groups arrived.
The coffee machines run out of milk and cups because the conventions using conference rooms use them instead of getting their own urns.
Keep in mind the hotel is on two floors of a large office building with stairs and ramps for luggage, but not very accessible for people in wheelchairs or similar.
