Old hotel. Rhe washroom door cannot close and lock properly
Pros:

Coffee is good

Cons:

The toilet water tank is always empty and cannot flush and the washroom can’t be locked. I have already changed the room but they are the same

Fantastic location when you are travelling by train, eat elsewhere

The restaurant was absolutely HORRIBLE. Understaffed and food was terrible. My forgotten chicken breast was dry, salad dressing non existent on a few romaine leaves, burrata bread was moist and not toasted….

Un très bel établissement bien placé
Pros:

La chambre était très jolie et bien entretenue et la literie confortable. Cafetière en chambre, fer a repasser, petit frigo et peignoir. Café en libre service dans le hall de l’hôtel. La piscine est vraiment appréciable de même que le jacuzzi et sauna. Montréal est une grande ville donc compliqué d’être à proximité de tout mais l’hôtel est à l’épicentre de beaucoup de points d’intérêts et le métro est à 2 pas.

Cons:

La VMC faisait énormément de bruit dans la salle de bain et se remettait automatiquement en marche sans que nous puissions la couper, ça a vraiment été le gros point noir de ce séjour.
Enfin c’est un détail mais ça aurait été appréciable d’avoir des chaussons en chambre.

Pros:

The room was clean ready on time, nice staff at the reception

Cons:

receiving wrong information to reach the metro station from the indoor station. I had to walk over 15 minutes and carry in many stairs my heavy luggage with the smell of urine. SHAMEFULL!!!

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Swimming Pool, common areas, clean, comfortable, quiet, very central location. Lovely check in staff. Nice beds.

Cons:

Glass door and glass wall in bathroom. Lack of privacy on that respect. Also No hooks on walls in bathroom for hanging a robe/towel.
