Ok. I won’t return.

The guy at the front desk was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Location. Cars and motorcycles racing up the busy street all night. We were not aware that the breakfast was not complimentary until the bill arrived. If I had known I would have walked next door to Village Inn. Also, I learned at the property while checking in that my little dog was $75 a night. This information should be posted and available on someone’s website!

This hotel is clean and wonderful. Oryon was fantastic and very helpful at the front desk. All employees were kind. Our stay was pleasant.

Terrible customer service
Pros:

After two flight delays we were checking in late . We arrive at the hotel to check in to be told they cannot accommodate us because housekeeping dropped the ball’ at no point in time were we contacted to notify us so we could make other arrangements
. Our stay had been paid for 4 months in advance
. So now we are out of a place to stay. With 3 kids and 2 adults.
When asked for the manager was given a business card and said to give him a call cause he was busy. TERRIBLE customer service. I expected better out of Hilton.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, and the entry way is clean and beautiful and smells very fresh! I like how contemporary the entire hotel is and very clean, safe, and very comfortable! I will be back!

Cons:

I do not think the breakfast is worth $15.00/person! I just stayed at a Holiday Inn Express for a golf tournament last week and I received the same breakfast that was offered at Hilton Garden, for FREE (included with my stay). Most times I just need a quick bite to eat, to take my medicine with, and I cannot eat $15.00 worth of food. I hope this policy changes to better accommodate customers.
