Bad and totally dissatisfied.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay

Cons:

There were cockroaches in my room. We told the front desk staff who seemed unfazed by this, like they were used to clients complaining about bugs. We asked to be moved to another room to a top floor. We ended up canceling two more nights we had booked and moved to another motel. Won’t stay at another Hilton if I can avoid it.

Excellent
Pros:

Came in from a long road trip (8hrs +), and the front desk employee (James) was professional, friendly and accommodating. The following morning, the crew (Ashley) was very welcoming and knowledgeable when I ask questions and made small request. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Would recommend and would return for another visit.

Ok. I won’t return.
Pros:

The guy at the front desk was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Location. Cars and motorcycles racing up the busy street all night. We were not aware that the breakfast was not complimentary until the bill arrived. If I had known I would have walked next door to Village Inn. Also, I learned at the property while checking in that my little dog was $75 a night. This information should be posted and available on someone’s website!

This hotel is clean and wonderful. Oryon was fantastic and very helpful at the front desk. All employees were kind. Our stay was pleasant.
