Really good stay, would stay again if they fix the doors.

Pros:

Good location and free parking.

Cons:

$75 fee for early check-in. My room had ants. There was a loud generator noise that went on and off all night outside our window. The access door to my room was right next to the trash cans and smell was awful. There were also multiple homeless people hanging around the area where we parked our car. It was disappointing that the pool was also closed.

En la aplicación decía que podía cancelar sin ningún cargo, quise cancelar la segunda noche que la compré por error y no se pudo. Hice mi salida al día siguiente del check in para cancelar la noche siguiente, y regresé a las 2:30 para decir que ya había enviado el Mail de cancelación y me comentaron ahí en el hotel que me comunicara de nuevo con booking que no se podía cancelar booking no contestó el Mail y lo peor que me comentaron que tenía que pagar por cancelar y cuando les dije que ya no que ocuparía la habitación. Que ellos dijeron que ya estaba lista. Subí a la habitación y ni siquiera estaba lista me hicieron esperan casi 40 minutos para pasara a la habitación, yo si pude esperar y ser paciente y al otro día que incluía desayuno gratis. Baje 9:50 am me estaba sirviendo un café y me comentaron que no podía desayunar que ya estaba cerrada la cocina. En verdad muy mala experiencia aparte que quería usar la alberca y estaba cerrada. Pésimo servicio del personal.

We need to check in earlier, when we called and asked the hotel, they accommodate us with out extra fee. Shout out to them, I will definitely stay there again in our next trip.

Disappointed… I didn’t expect this from the Hilton.

Modern decor and courteous employees.

Cons:

The swimming pool was not in use. That should have been made known… that information should have been shared. Our grandchildren were not happy when WE had to tell them that the pool was unavailable! ALSO… FOX News cable channel and FS1 (WC Soccer) kept flashing “NO Signal”.
