Price was decent, the front desk clerk that checked us in was pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

We were not impressed that they put us next to a resident who was known to be loud and disruptive all night long. We had to get up at 4 am and tell her to be quite We were trying to sleep. When we mentioned it at the front desk, we were told that we should have called the front desk and they would have taken care of it. They should have walked the hall to check, knowing how she is. The continental Breakfast needs some help also. The bagels was stale, the gravy, eggs were runny and there was no batter for waffles. It was a hard pass for us.

Room was a good size

Cons:

The refrigerator and microwave were dirty. When I asked for extra pillows I was told that they could only let each room have 1 extra. Bed was hard and pillows were small like throw pillows. Air conditioner was not consistent. Had it set at 65 but woke up sweating several time bc room was hot.
Also the bathroom door would not open all the way. It would get stuck on the tile in bathroom

Pros:

It had a functioning pool and hot tub. The location was peaceful.

Cons:

There was what looked to be an old blood stain on one of the beds. The orange juice at breakfast did not taste right. There isn’t a huge selection for breakfast either. The place definitely needs a lot of updating!

Pros:

• The rooms had an unpleasant odor, and the furniture was dusty and dirty.
• One of the chairs had a visible hole, and the bedsheets and towels were not clean.
• The bathroom door was difficult to open.
• There was no table or proper space for the coffee maker or microwave.
• The breakfast quality was poor, and overall service and hospitality appeared very unprofessional.

This property is in need of serious inspection and improvements to meet basic cleanliness and comfort standards. I hope you will address these issues promptly for the benefit of future guests.
